Abstract :
Introduction and Objective: In new approaches of Management Science, teamworkand cooperation and interaction with others are of high significance. In this regard,coordination between the cultures of the staff and employing organizationsconditions, paves the ground for facilitated and continued cooperation. The purposeof this study is to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and adesired organizational culture from the perspective of management students asfuture managers of organizations and institutions in the country.Methods: This study is descriptive and correlational, and in terms of the objective itis applied. SPSS software, Correlation Test, T-test, Pearson and Kolmogorov-Smirnovtests are used to analyze the data.Results: The hypothesis test shows that there is a meaningful correlation between alldimensions of cultural intelligence and desired organizational culture from theperspective of the students. Students with high and low cultural intelligence chooseresult-oriented organizations, while students with average cultural intelligence go forteam-oriented organizations.Conclusion: In addition to recognizing the proportionality of their culture to theculture of the organization, managers have to consider this proportion whilechoosing their personnel and make their organization immune to problems such asabsenteeism, leaving office, conflict, incompatibility of human resources, etc. whichoccur due the incompatibility between the cultures of the staff and theirorganization.
