Designing a model for the transformation of organizational culture with the approach of increasing productivity for the Iranian education system in the form of background theory

Abstract :
Introduction & Objective: This study was conducted to design a model of organizational culture transformation with an approach to increase productivity for the Iranian education system.Research Method: In this study, a qualitative research method was conducted with a grounded theory approach. The statistical population of the study was education experts who were purposefully selected for interview.Results: In the first stage of open coding, 334 concepts were obtained. The data of the second stage of open coding were classified in the form of 229 concepts and 53 purposes from the first level. In the stage of activity coding, in the form of theoretical coding, 11 categories it placed. Then, according to the characteristics of the situation, interaction / process and consequence were classified. In the selection coding stage, the category of transcendent culture was selected as the destination of the center.Conclusion: According to education experts, growing and talented organizations are always looking to create motivation, desirable behaviors, achieve the organization, increase productivity and ultimately achieve excellence by creating the desired organizational culture. Design pattern In the present study, it has a complex and multidimensional concept. This model has a positive function in the image, which as a whole pays attention to all its dimensions equally.
