Abstract :

Abstract: This study was to Investigating the status of "Art management " in the school district 11 in Tehran , administrators, teachers and students. The methodology used in this study and the method is applied for the purpose. The study sample consisted of students, teachers, principals and district 11 in Tehran that using cluster sampling method, the number of 80 students and 44 teachers and administrators were selected as study samples. The data collection tool in the study questionnaire. And questions based on four ramifications of tasks, skills and management roles as well as for students of art and design is set. The situation is not good. Art management at students and between teachers and administrators is lower than average. And among students and teachers and principals in 11, there was significant difference. The data are suitable for factor analysis.
