Abstract :

In this study we examine the effect of social capital on good governance in developing countries. We start with a brief review of the concepts of social capital and then use the data from 1196-2010 to evaluate the effect of social capital on good governance indicator. Using panel data, our econometric models show that the magnitude of social capital has a significant and positive impact on good governance. JEL Classification: Z13 , H11 , C23
