Abstract :
Abstract
Introduction and purpose: fair play is an attitude and a way of thinking. It is teachable and can be learned. Once learned, it can be applied in all aspects of a person's life. The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the causal factors, contextual factors and effective strategies for the development of fair play in professional sports in Iran.
Methodology: This research was conducted with an exploratory nature and with the aim of expanding knowledge regarding the development model of fair play in professional sports in Iran. Therefore, it is included in the basic research category in the qualitative section. For sampling purposeful sampling method and snowball sampling technique were used to conduct semi-structured interviews.
For data analysis, in the qualitative part of the data theory analysis method, Strauss and Corbin (1997) approach and coding of existing data were analyzed. By using this method, obvious and hidden concepts were identified. In this research, three stages of coding were implemented: 1) open coding, 2) axial coding and 3) selective coding. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information.
Results: The results of data coding in order to identify effective causal conditions in this direction, 4 selected codes, context in this direction, 4 selected codes, and effective strategies in this direction, 18 selected codes on the development of fair play in professional sports in Iran (first question) showed that there is
Conclusion: A paradigmatic model of fair game development in Iranian professional sports based on causal conditions, background conditions, fair game development strategies in Iranian professional sports was designed and formulated so that by following this model, managers and other people involved in the country's sports can With special attention to the categories and indicators stated in the model, provide the fields and platforms for the promotion of fair play in the professional sports of the country.
