Abstract :

. The first step in solving a problem is to formulate a comprehensive and complete policy for it, and to identify an effective policy, it must identify and understand the problem correctly by referring to a community that is affected by it. Therefore, the second goal is to identify the problems of the retirement area in order to formulate efficient and effective policies. The research method of the present paper is of a qualitative & quantitative type and is a phenomenology of retirement phenomenon among retirees of the Refah Bank. The data were gathered based on half-structured interviews of 16 pensioners of Refah Bank by snowball method until data saturation was achieved. The data analysis was performed using a seven-step colaizzi method. the statistical society included a small section for retirement of 1,175. The sample size was calculated 285. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by Cronbach's alpha, (0/8). In order to analyze the data in the quantitative part, factor analysis was used. . These findings could be a guide for human resource managers to help them deliver targeted programs and make the right path for retirees.
