Abstract :
Organization The ready availability of information technology and its inherent : web , network , E-maile ….. is seen as accelerating the virtuality of work. This reflects in radical changes in the organization . However , the dynamics of the changes , in whatever form , demand appropriate ways of disseminating and assimilating knowledge . This not only suggests more flexible technologies such as multimedia , but transformation of organization into what Senge (1990) and others refer to as the learning organizations. Such a transformation provides a synthesis of formal and informal acquiring knowledge a learning organization is one in which people at all levels , individually and collectively are continually increasing their capacity to produce results they really care about. Because the level of performance and improvement needs lots of learning and learning to do is enourmously rewarding and personally satisfying. Karash (2001) says : having a learning organization needed the integration of three essential elements : “Knowledge Management” , Virtual Learning” and sehf Directed learning , which we try to define and clarify each and their application in Iran.
