Designing an effective model of entrepreneurship education in manufacturing industries based on data theory

Abstract :
Background: In the current difficult economic conditions, the need for it is felt more than ever in society, to address the basic category of entrepreneurship.Objective: The present study presents an effective model of entrepreneurship education in the manufacturing industry.Methods: This research has been done with a mixed approach in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In this study, the researcher collected the required data by conducting in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 15 experts, specialists and professors of entrepreneurship in the country's universities.Results: The results showed that a total of 16 main components (macro category) and 84 subcomponents (subcategory) were presented and summarized. Based on this, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education as a central category based on the causal conditions of curriculum design, educational needs assessment, learner readiness, strengthening underlying skills and strengthening social relationships and through educational policy strategies in promoting entrepreneurship, training targeting, participatory management And research and development in the field of entrepreneurship and by considering the allocation of resources and equipment, monitoring and evaluation of the course, entrepreneurial atmosphere and flexible and multifaceted evaluation is achieved as a model and leads to increased individual creativity, increased productivity and risk courage. Becomes acceptable.Conclusion: Entrepreneurship training for employees provides the opportunity for manufacturing industries to increase their efficiency and productivity.
