The Role of Legal Laws on the Attraction of Sustainable Return Tourism (Case Study: Dezful, Khuzestan Province)

Abstract :
Legal laws are one of the most important and, in fact, the topmost factor affecting the development of tourism in tourist areas, which itself is composed of various components. The special strategic position of a region is one of the important sub-criteria of legal laws in tourist areas. The general purpose of this research is to determine the role of legal laws on the attraction of sustainable return tourism in the city of Dezful. The current research is a correlational research in terms of its method and nature. The statistical community related to this research includes all citizens over 18 years of age in dezful city in 1402, and the number of citizens according to the latest housing census of dezful city is 654351 people. Sampling was done by random method and the sample size was calculated using cochran's formula. A number of 381 people were selected randomly for the statistical sample. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that since the significance level of the relevant test is equal to 0.000, it was claimed that the above test is significant with an error of 0.05 or a confidence level of 0.95. The detection coefficient R2, the ratio of the changes explained by the legal rules variable to the total changes, is 0.395. Meyqwanin stated that about 39.5 percent of changes in the dependent variable of sustainable tourism in dezful city are explained by changes in the independent variable of legal laws. The results showed that the discussion of attracting tourism in the effectiveness of the component of legal laws on various dimensions of sustainable tourism, including the cultural dimension, the economic dimension, the social dimension and the environmental dimension in the city of dezful as an effective and constructive emphasis factor, which generally showed that the hypothesis clamming the significant effective role of legal laws on the attraction of sustainable return tourism in dezful city is confirmed and positive.
