Abstract :
Introduction: This study responds to the limitations of traditional leadership‑development models in addressing the neurological bases of behavior, proposing a neuro‑centric approach to strengthen sustainable adult learning in high‑stress organizational environments.
Methodology: Using a pragmatist stance and an exploratory sequential mixed‑methods design, the study conducted expert interviews and a systematic review that produced 10 core themes, followed by the development and validation of a 40‑item questionnaire analyzed with SPSS.
Findings: Results showed a 25% improvement in learning sustainability and demonstrated significant neurocognitive and psycho‑organizational effects, including reduced cortisol via the Pomodoro technique, increased hippocampal volume through virtual spatial‑navigation training, and enhanced amygdala–hippocampal regulatory efficiency from emotional role‑playing.
Conclusion: The neuro‑centric training package strengthens organizational resilience to chronic stress and offers a robust foundation for integrating neuroscience into leadership development, with future potential for biofeedback and long‑term neural monitoring.
