Abstract :

In the contemporary era, schools play a pivotal role as the primary foundation for nurturing future generations and shaping an Islamic society. In the educational system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, schools are entrusted with a mission that extends beyond the mere transmission of knowledge, serving instead as environments for cultivating faithful, creative, and responsible individuals in line with the values and ideals of the Islamic Revolution. Given the rapid social, cultural, and technological transformations of recent decades, revising educational models has become essential to enable the system to foster the development of the ideal Islamic human being. Accordingly, the present study aimed to propose a comprehensive model of the educational framework in schools by emphasizing inclusiveness and addressing all dimensions of student development. This qualitative study employed a grounded theory approach with an emergent design, based on an interpretive paradigm and inductive reasoning. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 19 educational experts and analyzed until theoretical saturation was achieved. The findings led to the formulation of a multidimensional and comprehensive model of school education encompassing causal conditions, contextual factors, intervening variables, strategies, and resulting outcomes. Applying this model can assist policymakers and educational planners at the macro level in realizing holistic and balanced education for students across all aspects of life.
