Abstract :
Home business has caused a lot of diversity in the economy of every country in terms of job creation, innovation in the supply of products or services. The purpose of this research is to rank the factors of family businesses from the perspective of the elite group. The present research was descriptive in nature, and data collection method using semi-structured interview and information questionnaire and based on Delphi method. The statistical community of experts and managers of family businesses working in the spinning and weaving industries of Isfahan province are producers and economic entrepreneurs. The initial questionnaire includes 24 factors of stability and decline in family business, which are extracted from the research literature, and the second questionnaire is based on the opinions of experts and the conducted interviews in the form of 10 factors in addition to the initial factors of integration and referred to the experts. In total, the final questionnaire has 34 factors in the form of 16 factors of stability and 18 factors of decline in family businesses. TOPSIS method was used for data analysis. The results were ranked based on the highest to the lowest points, which are the most important factors in order: transferring the trust and loyalty of family members to the business, the work of a tireless struggle, regular meetings with the presence of all family members to listen Opinions and problems are having a vision, setting long-term goals and a clear business future, determining the next successor and preparing him.
