Abstract :
In recent decades, adaptable schools have emerged as a novel educational approach aimed at addressing the diverse needs of students in various societies. These schools are designed to meet the varied needs of students, providing equal educational opportunities regardless of individual differences, while aligning with societal, cultural, and technological changes. The concept has gained increasing attention in Iran since the 2000s. Key features of adaptable schools include personalized learning, where curricula are tailored to students' strengths and weaknesses, and an emphasis on social interaction and collaboration between students and teachers. These schools also incorporate modern technologies, such as digital tools and educational software, to enhance the learning experience, though challenges related to resources and teacher training may arise, particularly in underserved areas. Moreover, adaptable schools prioritize the emotional and psychological well-being of students by creating supportive and safe environments. This focus on mental health can reduce stress and improve academic performance. In essence, adaptable schools play a crucial role in shaping the future of education and society. They must remain flexible and responsive to changing community needs, offering transformative learning opportunities for future generations.
