Investigating the relationship between strategic management and knowledge management with innovation in timing belt production units (case study of Ravan Trans Apadana Company)

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between strategic management and knowledge management with innovation in the time belt production units (case study of Rovantrans Apadana). This research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all the employees of Ravantrans Apadana. Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size. The estimated sample using this table was 127 people. A simple random sampling method was used to select the number of statistical samples. In order to measure the variables of the research, employee innovation questionnaires from Shepherd and colleagues questionnaire, Lawson's knowledge management questionnaire and strategic management questionnaire from Hill and Jones model were used. Different methods of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression) were used to analyze the collected data. Statistical analysis of data was done using SPSS version 24software. The research findings showed that knowledge management and strategic management had a positive and significant impact on organizational innovation. According to the regression analysis, about 59.7% of the changes in the dependent variable (innovation) were caused by the changes in the remaining variables in the regression model (strategic management and knowledge management).
