Abstract :

Abstract

Immigration is one of the most important issues that is rapidly increasing in the world's immigration-receptive countries, which causes problems in various fields of the destination society. Being immigrant doesn’t mean that person commit the crime but the confrontation between the two cultures of the immigrant-first and immigrant-receptive regions in international immigration causes the formation of a cultural challenge. Employing an analytical and descriptive methodology, the current study aims to evaluate The Cultural Effects of Immigrants' Presence in the Host Country from a Criminology Perspective. Immigrants face cultural challenges, leads to their living in the outskirts of the city and being a member of criminal subcultures and committing special kinds of crimes. immigration and cultural challenges resulting from it, which lead to immigrant people turning to marginalization and membership in criminal subcultures, let's explore the type of crimes, which are mostly crimes against property and persons.
