The impact of business intelligence on financial performance with the mediating role of innovation and network learning (Case study: Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran)

Abstract :
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of business intelligence on financial performance with the mediating role of innovation and network learning (case study: Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran), which was conducted using a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study included 264 managers and deputy directors of various departments and areas of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which 157 were selected as a sample based on the Cochran formula. Simple random sampling was performed. To collect the data required for the study, the financial performance, business intelligence, network learning, and innovation questionnaires of Huang et al. (2022) were used. Based on the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of one of the questionnaire components, namely financial performance (0.92), business intelligence (0.91), network learning (0.88), and innovation (0.93), was estimated. PLS software and the structural equation method were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that: business intelligence has an effect on the financial performance of the Central Bank with the mediating role of innovation and network learning. The results of this study also showed that business intelligence is effective on financial performance, innovation, and network learning.
