Evaluation of Grain Yield and some Physiological Traits of Bread Wheat Cultivars under Post Anthesis Water Deficit Stress in Kermanshah Region

Abstract :
In wheat cultivation areas of Iran, post anthesis water stress is the main factors that declined grain yield production. Hence, in order to evaluate the effect of post anthesis water stress on formation of grain, physiological changes and gas exchange variables of bread wheat cultivars (Triticum aestivum L.), this study was conduct in research farm of Campus of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Razi university, Kermanshah, Iran at 2013-14 crop year. In experiment was used a split plot experiment based on randomized complete block design with three replications. In this experiment, main plot was water regimes in two levels (post anthesis water stress and control) and sub plot was 10 bred wheat cultivars (Zare, Parsi, Sivand, Pishtaz, Bahar, Azar2, Bezostaya, Gaspard, Sirvan and Marvdasht). The results showed that, post anthesis water stress significantly decreased grain yield, number of grains per spike, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight and biomass production (5.46, 10.25, 17.76, 1.1 and 3.29%, respectively) but had no significant effect on no of spike per m2. In post anthesis water stress, Parsi and Bezostaya cultivars had the highest and lowest grain yield production (11110 and 6080 kg.ha-1, respectively). Also, post anthesis water stress significantly decreased photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and water-soluble protein by 16.67, 14.03, 24.94 and 12.10% respectively, but significantly increased leaf surface temperature by 12.58%. Bezostaya and Marvdasht cultivars had the highest and lowest photosynthesis rate, respectively, as well as Gaspard and Bahar cultivars had the highest and Marvdasht cultivar had the least soluble protein content. In general, Sivand and Parsi cultivars were identified as high yielding cultivars and Zare, Marvdasht, Sirvan and Bahar cultivars as low yield cultivars.

ارزیابی عملکرد دانه و برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک رقمهای گندم نان در شرایط تنش کمآبی پس از گلدهی در منطقه کرمانشاه

چکیده
وقوع تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی در شرایط کشت گندم، یکی از مهمترین عامل کاهشدهنده عملکرد در اغلب مناطق کشاورزی ایران است. بر این اساس، این طرح به منظور بررسی اثر تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی روی عملکرد دانه و تبادلات گازی ارقام گندم نان در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه رازی بهصورت طرح کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. در این شرایط، فاکتور اصلی تیمار تنش کمآبی در دو سطح شامل 1) تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی و 2) بدون تنش و فاکتور فرعی شامل 10 رقم گندم نان (زارع، پارسی، سیوند، پیشتاز، بهار، آذر2، بزوستایا، گاسپارد، سیروان و مرودشت) بودند. نتایج نشان دادند که اعمال تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی سبب کاهش معنیدار عملکرد دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، وزن هکتولیتر و عملکرد بیولوژیک به ترتیب به میزان 46/5، 25/10، 76/17، 1/1 و 29/3 درصد شد، ولی بر تعداد سنبله در مترمربع بیتأثیر بود و طی تنش کمآبی بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر عملکرد دانه به ارقام پارسی و بزوستایا به ترتیب با مقادیر 11110 و 6080 کیلوگرم در هکتار تعلق داشت. همچنین، اعمال تنش کمآبی سبب کاهش سرعت فتوسنتز، محتوی کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل و پروتئینهای محلول برگها به میزان 67/16، 03/14، 94/24 و 10/12 درصد و افزایش دمای سطح برگ به میزان 58/12 درصد گردید. بهطورکلی، ارقام سیوند و پارسی بهعنوان ارقام پرمحصول و ارقام زارع، مرودشت، سیروان و بهار بهعنوان ارقام کم محصول در هر دو شرایط رطوبتی شناسایی شدند.

مقدمه
گندم بعد از ذرت دومین غله مهم از نظر تولید کالری (15 درصد کل کالری مصرفی) در اکثر مناطق کشاورزی دنیا میباشد (Abate et al., 2018). گندم از تیره غلات و با نام علمی Triticum aestivum L. از گیاهان زراعی استراتژیک در سطح جهان است. 5/12 درصد از اراضی زراعی دنیا به کاشت این گیاه اختصاص دارد (Anonymus, 2016). گندم با توجه به سطح زیرکشت (4/5 میلیون هکتار) و مقدار تولید (3/13 میلیون تن) مهمترین گیاه زراعی ایران است (Anonymus, 2017). بنابراین، با توجه به افزایش جمعیت روزافزون جهان، افزایش تولید این گیاه مورد توجه قرار گرفته و از نظر اقتصادی و تأمین غذا از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار میباشد (Khodabande, 2013).
تنش کمآبی یکی از تنشهای غیرزیستی بسیار مهم است که رشد گیاهان زراعی از جمله گندم را تحت تأثیر منفی خود قرار داده و بین 17 تا 90 درصد عملکرد دانه آن را نسبت به شرایط بهینه کاهش میدهد (Mary et al., 2001; Skovmand et al., 2001; Ahmed et al., 2019).
تنش کمآبی بیش از هر عامل محیطی دیگر باعث محدود شدن رشد گیاهان و کاهش عملکرد محصولات زراعی میگردد (Altman, 2003). خشکی طی یک فرآیند پیچیدهی فیزیولوژیک-بیوشیمیایی بر کربوهیدراتها، لیپیدها، پروتئینها، اسیدهای نوکلئیک، هورمونها و مواد معدنی تأثیر میگذارد و رادیکالهای آزاد اکسیژن موجود در گیاه را فعال میکند و با بسیاری از تنشها از جمله تنش سرما، تنش شوری، تنش گرمایی، تنش اسیدی، تنش آلکالوئیدی و عکس العمل گیاه به عوامل بیماریزا در ارتباط است (Fleury et al., 2010).
در مناطق با اقلیم مدیترانهای که دارای زمستان سرد و مرطوب و تابستان گرم و خشک هستند، مانند اغلب مناطق کشاورزی ایران، تنش کمآبی آخر فصل رشد مهمترین عامل محدودکنندهی تولید عملکرد دانه در گندم تا 50 درصد است (Dias de Oliveira et al., 2013; Ercoli et al., 2007; ). در این اقلیم میزان بارندگی کم بوده و بارندگی موجود نیز بیشتر در فصل پاییز و زمستان رخ میدهد و در فصل بهار کمبود آب و تنش کمآبی پیش میآید که تقریباً همزمان با گردهافشانی و پر شدن دانه گندم است (Saeidi et al., 2007). تنش کمآبی در مرحله گردهافشانی از طریق کاهش رشد برگها (Gale et al., 2002)، غلظت کلروفیل (Brevedan and Egli, 2003; Saeidi and Abdoli, 2015)، غلظت پروتئینهای محلول برگها (Rodriguez et al., 2003) و سرعت فتوسنتز (Yang and Zhang, 2006; Ardalani et al., 2015) موجب کاهش عملکرد دانه میشود. در شدتهای پایین تنش کمآبی كاهش سرعت فتوسنتز و در نتیجه آن کاهش عملکرد دانه در اثر بسته شدن روزنهها و در نتیجه آن کاهش غلظت دیاکسید کربن درون کلروپلاست اتفاق میافتد. در شدتهای بالای تنش کمآبی علاوهبر عوامل روزنهای، عوامل غیرروزنهای از جمله کاهش سرعت فعالیتهای بیوشیمیایی مانند کاهش محتوی پروتئینهای محلول، کاهش سرعت فعالیت آنزیم روبیسکو و خسارت به غشاءهای سلولی و ... در کاهش سرعت فتوسنتز و در نتیجه کاهش عملکرد دانه مؤثر هستند (Lawlor and Cornic, 2002; Flexas and Medrano, 2002; Saeidi et al., 2017). کاهش غلظت پروتئینهای محلول در برگها میتواند به علت کاهش سنتز پروتئینها در شرایط کمآبی و یا تجزیه پروتئینها به علت افزایش فعالیت آنزیمهای پروتئازی باشد (Mafakheri et al., 2010). گزارشهایی مبنی بر کاهش محتوای کلروفیل برگ (Kirnak et al., 2001; Abdoli et al., 2013) و همچنین تغییر نسبت کلروفیل a به b در شرایط تنش کمآبی وجود دارد (Hong Bo et al., 2005).
با توجه به مطالب بیان شده و اهمیت گیاه زراعی گندم و شرایط خشک و نیمه خشک ایران، این تحقیق به منظور مقایسه 10 رقم گندم نان از نظر عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن و برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک در شرایط تنش کمآبی پس از گلدهی اجرا شد.

محل اجرای آزمایش در طول جغرافيايي 47 درجه و 9 دقيقه شرقی و عرض جغرافيايي 34 درجه و 21 دقيقه شمالی با 1319 متر ارتفاع از سطح دريا قرار دارد. قبل از اجرای آزمایش، زمین با گاوآهن برگرداندار شخم زده شد و تسطیح و بلوکبندی در اوایل پاییز انجام شد. این تحقیق در سال زراعی 94-1393 بهصورت آزمایش مزرعهای در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه اجرا شد. کشت به صورت خطی انجام شد. در هر کرت شش خط با فواصل 25 سانتیمتر و به طول پنج متر با تراکم 400 بذر در مترمربع در 15 آبان 1393 انجام شد. عملیات داشت مانند کنترل علفهای هرز، آبیاری و کوددهی در طول فصل رشد بهطور یکنواخت و برای کلیهی کرتها طبق نیاز صورت گرفت. روند تغییرات دما و بارندگی در سال زراعی مذکور به صورت شکل 1 بود.
تحقیق حاضر بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. در این آزمایش، عامل اصلی تیمار تنش کمآبی در دو سطح شامل: 1) عدم تنش کمآبی (شاهد) و 2) تنش کمآبی ناشی از قطع آبیاری پس از گردهافشانی و عامل فرعی نیز شامل ده رقم مختلف گندم نان شامل: 1) زارع، 2) پارسی، 3) سیوند، 4) پیشتاز، 5) بهار، 6) آذر2، 7) بزوستایا، 8) گاسپارد، 9) سیروان و 10) مرودشت بودند.
برای اندازهگیری عملکرد دانه و عملکرد زیستتوده، زمانی که بوتههای هر رقم در رسیدگی کامل (رسیدگی تکنولوژیک) بودند اقدام به برداشت بوتههای دو خط يك متري در هر کرت گردید. با توزین نمونه برداشت شده، عملکرد زیستتوده اندازهگیری شد و پس از بوجاری و جدا کردن دانه از کاه و کلش، عملکرد دانه محاسبه شد. برای اندازهگیری تعداد دانه در سنبله، پنج سنبله اصلی از هر کرت انتخاب گردید و پس از جداسازی دانهها از بوتهها در مرحلهی تعیین عملکرد دانه، به صورت دستی تعداد دانه در سنبله شمارش شد. وزن هزار دانه هر ژنوتیپ با شمارش سه نمونه 1000 تایی از دانههای برداشت شده از بوتهها برحسب گرم اندازهگیری شد. براي برآورد تعداد سنبله در مترمربع، تمام سنبلههاي دو خط يک متري از هر کرت با رعايت اثر حاشيه شمارش شد و سپس تعداد سنبله در مترمربع محاسبه گرديد. شاخص برداشت از تقسيم نمودن عملکرد دانه هر کرت بر عملکرد زیستتوده همان کرت محاسبه شد. ارتفاع بوته برحسب سانتیمتر از سطح خاك تا سنبلچۀ انتهایی بدون در نظر گرفتن طول ریشک در زمان برداشت اندازهگیری شد. وزن هکتولیتر با وزن کردن بذرهای داخل استوانه مدرج که حجم آنها مشخص شده است و تعمیم آن به وزن یک حجم 100 لیتری محاسبه شد.
برای اندازهگیری صفتهای فیزیولوژیک، بیست روز بعد از گردهافشانی اقدام به نمونهگیری شد.
جهت اندازهگیری شاخص Fm/Fv (حداکثر عملکرد کوانتومی فتوسیستم II در شرایط سازگار شده با تاریکی) از دستگاه استرسمتر قابل حمل (PSM, Hansonthech, UK) استفاده گردید. به این منظور از هر کرت آزمایشی، آخرین برگ توسعه یافته در پنج بوته بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب و بعد از قرار دادن برگها در تاریکی توسط گیرههای مخصوص به مدت 30 دقیقه، شاخص حداکثر کارایی فتوشیمیایی فتوسیستم II (Fm/Fv) و شاخص زنده مانی (Pi) از روی دستگاه قرائت شدند.
برای اندازهگیری محتوی پروتئینهای محلول برگها از روش بردفورد (Bradford, 1976) استفاده شد. به این منظور پس از تهیه عصاره و تیمارهای شیمیایی مورد نیاز، میزان جذب نوری آن در طول موج 595 نانومتر توسط دستگاه الیزا (Bio Tek, Powerwave XS2, USA) قرائت شد. غلظت پروتئین محلول در نمونه با توجه به جذب نمونه و با استفاده از منحنی استاندارد به دست آمد. جهت رسم منحنی استاندارد از سرم آلبومین گاوی (BSA) استفاده گردید.
برای اندازهگيري محتوی رنگدانههای فتوسنتزی (کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل و کاروتنوئیدها) از روش لیچتن تالر و ولبرن (Lichtenthaler and Wellburn, 1983) استفاده شد. در ادامه طول موج جذبی محلول به دستآمده با دستگاه پلیت ریدر (Bio Tek, Powerwave XS2, USA) در طول موجهای 663، 646 و 470 نانومتر قرائت و با استفاده از روابط مورد نظر غلظت کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل و کارتنوئیدها محاسبه شد. بهمنظور اندازهگيري خصوصیات مرتبط با تبادلات گازی در واحد سطح برگ شامل: هدايت روزنهاي، سرعت تعرق، غلظت CO2 اتاقک روزنه و دماي سطح برگ از دستگاه فتوسنتزمتر (LCi Portable, Bio scientific Ltd, UK) استفاده شد. تمامي اندازهگيريها در ساعت 10 الي 12 صبح و در شدت نور 1400-1200 ميكرومول فوتون بر مترمربع بر ثانيه انجام شد. از هر کرت آبیاری شده و تحت تنش با قرار دادن قسمت مياني برگ پرچم ساقه اصلي در داخل محفظه شيشهاي دستگاه به مدت 45 ثانيه ثبت شد.
جهت اندازهگیری محتوای نسبی آب برگ، نمونهها از دو برگ پرچم برداشت شدند و در دمای چهار درجه سلسیوس به آزمایشگاه منتقل گردیدند. اندازهگیری محتوای نسبی آب برگ به روش بار و ودرلی (Barr and Weatherley, 1962) انجام گرفت.
پس از بررسی نرمال بودن دادههای به دست آمده توسط نرمافزار SPSS، برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SAS استفاده شد. جهت انجام مقايسه ميانگينها از آزمون دانكن در سطح احتمال پنج درصد استفاده گرديد.
نتایج و بحث
نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس صفات عملکرد و اجزای آن (جدول 1) نشان دادند که اثر تیمار تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی بر عملکرد دانه و تعداد دانه در سنبله در سطح یک درصد و برای صفات عملکرد بیولوژیک، وزن هزار دانه و وزن هکتولیتر در سطح پنج درصد معنیدار بود، ولی بر روی شاخص برداشت، تعداد سنبله در مترمربع و ارتفاع بوته معنیدار نبود. همچنین، بین رقمهای مختلف گندم از نظر صفات عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، وزن هکتولیتر، تعداد دانه درسنبله و ارتفاع ساقه اختلاف معنیدار مشاهده شد. اثر متقابل رقم در تنش کمآبی نیز بر صفت تعداد دانه در سنبله در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود (جدول 1).
مطابق نتایج مقایسه میانگین (جدول 2) از نظر عملکرد دانه رقم بزوستایا با 6080 کیلوگرم در هکتار کمترین و رقم پارسی با 11110 کیلوگرم در هکتار بیشترین میزان را داشتند. کمترین میانگین عملکرد بیولوژیک متعلق به رقم بزوستایا به میزان 14760 کیلوگرم در هکتار و بیشترین میانگین بهترتیب متعلق به رقمهای پارسی و سیوند بهمیزان 20410 و 20070 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود (جدول 2). رقمهای آذر2 و بزوستایا کمترین (هر دو با 79 کیلوگرم) میانگین وزن هکتولیتر و رقمهای پارسی و سیوند بیشترین میانگین این صفت را داشتند (بهترتیب با 99 و 100 کیلوگرم). رقم آذر2 با 102 سانتیمتر بیشترین میانگین ارتفاع بوته و رقم پارسی با 1/78 سانتیمتر کمترین میانگین این صفت را به خود اختصاص دادند، هر چند که رقم پارسی اختلاف معنیداری با ارقام سیوند، پیشتاز، سیروان و گاسپارد نداشت. بیشترین شاخص برداشت به رقم پارسی (54 درصد) و کمترین شاخص برداشت به رقم بزوستایا (41 درصد) تعلق داشت (جدول 2). نتایج بهدست آمده نشانگر وجود تنوع ژنتیکی در بین ارقام مورد مطالعه بود. مطابق با نتایج این تحقیق، مقدسی و همکاران (Moghadasi et al., 2010) در بررسی روی ژنوتیپهای گندم گزارش کردند که از لحاظ تعداد دانه در سنبله و وزن هزار دانه بین ژنوتیپها اختلاف بسیار معنیداری وجود دارد.
مطابق با نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثر تیمار تنش کمآبی پس از گردهفشانی بر صفات عملکرد دانه و خصوصیات مرتبط با آن مؤثر بود، بهطوری که موجب کاهش معنیدار عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، وزن هکتولیتر و وزن هزار دانه (به ترتیب بهمیزان 46/5، 29/3، 1/1 و 76/17 درصد) نسبت به شاهد شد (جدول 3). کاهش عملکرد دانه در این شرایط بر اساس یافتههای سعیدی و همکاران (Saeidi et al., 2010) که تنش تنش کمآبی پس از گردهفشانی را در سطوح مختلف و در مراحل مختلف رشد دانه اعمال کردند، بیشتر به علت تحت تأثیر قرار گرفتن تأمین مواد پرورده برای پر شدن دانهها، کاهش قدرت مخزن جهت جذب مواد فتوسنتزی و همچنین کاهش دوره رشد دانه بود. این نتایج همچنین موافق با یافتههای شاه و پالسن (Shah and Paulsenl, 2003) و عبدلی و سعیدی (Abdoli and Saeidi, 2012) نیز بود. محققین مختلفی کاهش عملکرد و صفات زراعی را در گیاهان مختلف تحت تأثیر تنش کمآبی گزارش کردهاند. بهطورمثال، طی بررسی انجام شده توسط اکرم و همکاران (Akram et al., 2008) نیز در ارتباط با تأثیر تنش کمآبی بر صفات ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه گندم اثر معنیدار گزارش شده است. محمدی و همکاران (Mohammadi et al., 2007) با آزمایش خود بر روی تعدادی از ارقام گندم اعلام کردند، تنش کمآبی موجب کاهش عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد کاه گردید. پرابا و همکاران (Praba et al., 2009) طی تحقیقات خود، 32 درصد کاهش عملکرد دانه در نتیجه تنش کمآبی در مقایسه با شرایط کنترل را گزارش کردند. با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده توسط سعیدی و همکاران (Saeidi et al., 2010) بر روی ارقام مختلف گندم تحت تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی و نتایج تحقیق حاضر کاهش وزن هزار دانه در شرایط تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی نشان دهندهی عدم تأمین مواد فتوسنتزی مورد تقاضای دانههای در حال رشد میباشد. احمدی و همکاران (Ahmadi et al., 2009) گزارش کرد کاهش عملکرد گیاهانی که تحت تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی قرار میگیرد که بیشتر به علت کاهش وزن دانه میباشد. رویو و همکاران (Royo et al., 2000) گزارش کردند تنش کمآبی و دمای بالای آخر فصل سبب کاهش دوره پر شدن دانه و متعاقب آن وزن هزار دانهی گیاه تریتیکاله میشود. مغایر با نتایج این تحقیق، علی محمدی و همکاران (Alimohamadi et al., 2007) بیان کردند در شرایط تنش کمآبی مواد فتوسنتزی ذخیره شده در ساقهها بهعنوان منبعی برای تکمیل ظرفیت پرشدن دانهها مطرح بوده و بنابراین وزن دانهها کاهش نمییابد. کمبود آب در مرحله گردهافشانی به دلیل ایجاد اختلال در فرایند گردهافشانی میتواند موجب کاهش تعداد دانه در سنبله شود. نوری قنبلانی و همکاران (Nouri-Ganbalani et al., 2009) و اردلانی و همکاران (Ardalani et al., 2015) بیان کردند، تنش کمآبی موجب کاهش گردهافشانی میشود و تعداد دانه در هر سنبله میشود. میربهار و همکاران (Mirbahar et al., 2009) تأثیر تنش کمآبی آخر فصل را بر کاهش معنیدار تعداد دانه در هر سنبله و تعداد سنبله در هر مترمربع در گندم را گزارش کردند. هرچند گزارشهایی مبنی بر ثابت باقی ماندن تعداد دانه در سنبلهها در اثر تنش کمآبی پس از مرحله گردهافشانی نیز وجود دارد (Plaut et al., 2004; Tavakoli et al., 2009). این اختلاف در نتایج آزمایشهای مختلف احتمالاً به خاطر متفاوت بودن شرایط آزمایش، نوع رقم، تیمار تنش اعمال شده و مدت زمان تنش باشد. شریفی و رحیمیان مشهدی (Sharifi and Rahimian Mashhadi, 2001) هم گزارش نمودند که اعمال تنش کمبود آب باعث کاهش دوره گردهافشانی تا زمان رسیدگی، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک وشاخص برداشت گندم میشود.
در تحقیق حاضر کمترین میزان عملکرد دانه به دو رقم آذر2 و بزوستایا تعلق داشت. این دو رقم ارتفاع بوتهی بیشتری نسبت به سایر ارقام داشتند (جدول 2). با توجه به زمستانه بودن رقم بزوستایا و نیاز بهارهسازی این رقم، میتوان عملکرد کم این رقم را به عدم تکمیل نیاز بهارهسازی و در نتیجه پایین بودن عملکرد آن نسبت داد. در چنین شرایطی، رشد رویشی رقم بزوستایا بیشتر بوده و ارتفاع بوته نیز افزایش مییابد. در مورد رقم آذر2 نیز لازم به ذکر است که رقمی حساس به ورس بود و در این آزمایش دچار خوابیدگی نیز شد که این امر میتواند دلیلی بر عملکرد ضعیف این رقم میباشد. در این ارتباط، اکورا و سری (Akura and Ceri, 2011) گزارش کردند که بین عملکرد و ارتفاع بوته همبستگی منفی وجود دارد، در واقع ارقام با عملکرد ضعیف دارای ارتفاع زیاد هستند.
نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل رقم در تنش کمآبی (جدول 4) نشان داد که ارقام مرودشت و بزوستایا کمترین تعداد دانه در سنبله را داشتند و همچنین رقم سیوند کمتر از سایر ارقام تحت تأثیر تنش قرار گرفت و کمترین درصد کاهش در تعداد دانه در سنبله در این رقم مشاهده شد. این امر مؤید این مطلب است که ارقام در شرایط مختلف محیطی واکنش متفاوتی را نشان میدهند.
بررسی تجزیه واریانس پارامترهای تبادلات گازی و صفات فیزیولوژیک نشان داد که اثر تیمار تنش کمآبی بر صفات دمای برگ، پروتئینهای محلول، کلروفیل a، b، کل و سرعت فتوسنتز در سطوح یک و پنج درصد معنیدار بود (جدول 5)، ولی بر هدایت روزنهای، غلظت CO2 اتاقک روزنهای، سرعت تعرق، کارایی فتوشیمیایی فتوسیستم II، شاخص زندهمانی، محتوای کارتنوئیدها و محتوای نسبی آب برگ معنیدار نبود (جدول 5). ارقام نیز در ارتباط با صفات پروتئینهای محلول و غلظت CO2 اتاقک روزنه اختلاف معنیداری در سطح پنج درصد نسبت به هم داشتند و از نظر بقیه صفات فیزیولوژیک مورد مطالعه اختلاف معنیدار باهم نداشتند (جدول 5).
اعمال تیمار تنش کمآبی پس از گلدهی در 20 روز بعد از گلدهی، میزان دمای سطح برگ رقمها را به طور متوسط از 8/27 به 8/31 درجه سلسیوس (58/12 درصد) افزایش داد (جدول 7). بسته شدن روزنهها به مدت طولاني ميتواند منجر به تخريب كلروپلاست شده و در نهایت منجر به افزايش دماي سطح برگ به ميزان 5 تا 6 درجه سلسیوس میشود. افزايش دماي برگ و کانوپي در اثر تنش خشکي ممکن است ناشی از افزايش سرعت تنفس و یا کاهش سرعت تعرق باشد که از بسته شدن روزنهها ایجاد میشود (Siddique et al., 2000; Ardalani et al., 2015). اگرچه بسته شدن روزنهها از طريق كاهش هدر رفت آب گياه ميتواند در مقاومت به خشكي مؤثر باشد، اما بسته شدن روزنه در تنش خشكي باعث افزايش دمای سطح برگ میشود که خود پیامدهای بعدی را به دنبال دارد (Ritchie et al., 1990). فتوسنتز در مراحل رشدی گیاه زراعی بر پتانسیل عملکرد تأثیر میگذارد.
تنش کمآبی موجب کاهش سرعت فتوسنتز به میزان 67/16 درصد نسبت به شرایط عدم اعمال تنش شد (جدول 7). این کاهش را میتوان به کاهش در محتوای غلظت گیرندههای نوری، بسته شدن روزنهها و کاهش غلظت CO2 درون کلروپلاستها و یا کاهش محتوی پروتئینهای محلول برگ از جمله آنزیم روبیسکو نسبت داد. در این تحقیق هدایت روزنهای به طور معنیدار تحت تاثیر اعمال تیمار تنش کمآبی پس از گلدهی قرار نگرفت. اما غلظت کلروفیلهای a، b و کل به ترتیب 03/14، 94/24 و 10/12 درصد و محتوی پروتئینهای محلول برگ به میزان 5/15 درصد کاهش پیدا کردند (جدول 7). کاهش در سرعت فتوسنتز طی تنش کمآبی در این تحقیق با نتایج تحقیقات دیگر مطابقت دارد. به طور نمونه، لاولور و کورنیک (Lawlor and Cornic, 2002)، سعیدی و عبدلی (Saeidi and Abdoli, 2015) و سعیدی و همکاران (Saeidi et al., 2017) بیان کردند تنش کمآبی موجب کاهش سرعت فتوسنتز میشود. رشد محصولات زراعي در شرايط تنش خشكي بهواسطه محدود شدن فتوسنتز كاهش مييابد. تنش کمآبی موجب كاهش سرعت فتوسنتز و تعرق در بسياري از گونههاي گياهي میشود (Condon et al., 2002).
طی تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی محتوی کلروفیلهای a، b و کل نسبت به حالت شاهد کاهش یافتند (جدول 7). کاهش در محتوای کلروفیل میتواند بهدلیل تخریب غشاهای تیلاکوئیدهای کلروپلاست و اکسیداسیون نوری کلروفیل در اثر افزایش فعالیت گونههای فعال اکسیژن (Moran et al., 1994; Ashraf et al., 1994; Alonso et al., 2001; Abdoli et al., 2013) و افزایش فعالیت آنزیم کلروفیلاز باشد. در این مورد، مفاخری و همکاران (Mafakheri et al., 2010) نیز گزارش کردند که تنش کمآبی باعث کاهش زیادی در محتوای کلروفیل a، محتوای کلروفیل b و محتوای کلروفیل کل در سه رقم مورد بررسی نخود شد. مغایر با نتایج این تحقیق، عدم تأثير تنش خشکي بر غلظت کلروفيل نیز ارایه شده است (Castrillo and Calcargo, 1989).
طی تنش کم آبی پس از گرده افشانی غلظت پروتئینهای محلول برگها نیز به میزان 5/15 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت و اختلاف معنیداری از لحاظ خصوصیت فوق در بین ارقام وجود داشت (جدول 6). به طوری که بیشترین غلظت پروتئینهای محلول برگ مربوط به رقمهای گاسپارد و بهار (بهترتیب 8/132 و 2/132 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر) ولی با ارقام آذر2، سیوند، پارسی و سیروان اختلافی نداشت و کمترین غلظت مربوط به رقم مرودشت (8/97 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر) بود (جدول 6). غلظت پروتئینهای محلول در اثر اعمال تنش کمآبی پس از گلدهی ممکن است به علت افزایش سرعت فعالیت آنزیمهای تجزیهکننده پروتئینها، کاهش سنتز پروتئین و نیز تجمع اسیدآمینه آزاد از جمله پرولین باشد (Ranjan et al., 2001). منطبق با نتایج این مطالعه، کاهش غلظت پروتئینهای محلول در اثر تنش کمآبی در تحقیقات یانگ و همکاران (Yang et al., 2002)، طالع احمد و حداد (Taleahmad and Hadad, 2010) و عبدلی و همکاران (Abdoli et al., 2013) نیز دیده شده است. در مقابل اردلانی و همکاران (Ardalani et al., 2014) عدم تأثیر تنش کمآبی را بر غلظت پروتئینهای محلول برگ گندم گزارش کردند.
از نظر غلظت CO2 اتاقک روزنهای میان ارقام مورد مطالعه، اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت (جدول 6). بهطوریکه بیشترین میانگین غلظت CO2اتاقک روزنهای متعلق به رقم مرودشت و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به رقم بزوستایا بود. عوامل غیرروزنهای، فرآوری کربن را از طریق اثر مستقیم کمبود آب بر روی فرایندهای بیوشیمیایی محدود میکنند (Siosemardeh et al., 2006)، بنابراین بخشی از کاهش فعالیت فتوسنتزی در ارقام مختلف گندم را میتوان به محدودیت فرآیندهای متابولیکی غیرروزنهای نسبت داد.
نتیجهگیری کلی
بهطورکلی، نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که ارقام مختلف گندم از نظر صفات زراعی، تبادلات گازی و برخی از خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک مورد بررسی دارای اختلاف معنیداری بودند که حاکی از وجود تنوع ژنتیکی قابل توجه در بین آنها میباشد. اعمال تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی سبب کاهش عملکرد دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، شاخص برداشت، وزن بیولوژیک، سرعت فتوسنتز، کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل و پروتئینهای محلول شد ولی بر تعداد سنبله در مترمربع بیتأثیر بود. طی تنش کمآبی بیشترین عملکرد به رقم پارسی و کمترین عملکرد به رقم بزوستایا تعلق داشت. رقم آذر2 نیز عملکرد ضعیفی داشت. در این بین، رقم آذر2 و بزوستایا ارتفاع بیشتری نسبت به سایر ارقام داشتند. چنین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ارقام پابلند عملکرد ضعیفتری نسبت به ارقام پاکوتاه دارند، البته عملکرد کم رقم آذر2 را علاوه بر کمآبی و ارتفاع بوته بالا، به حساسیت این رقم به ورس نیز میتوان نسبت داد. تنش کمآبی پس از گردهافشانی موجب کاهش وزن و تعداد دانهها نسبت به حالت کنترل شد. کوتاه شدن دوره پر شدن دانهها میتواند دلیل این امر باشد البته علاوه بر کاهش رطوبت، گرم بودن هوا نیز خسارات کمآبی در این مرحله را تشدید میکند. بهطورکلی، ارقام سیوند و پارسی بهعنوان ارقام با عملکرد بالا و ارقام زارع، مرودشت، سیروان و بهار به عنوان ارقام با عملکرد پایین شناسایی شدند.

Evaluation of Grain Yield and some Physiological Traits of Bread Wheat Cultivars under Post Anthesis Water Deficit Stress in Kermanshah Region

Abstract
In wheat cultivation areas of Iran, post anthesis water stress is the main factors that declined grain yield production. Hence, in order to evaluate the effect of post anthesis water stress on formation of grain, physiological changes and gas exchange variables of bread wheat cultivars (Triticum aestivum L.), this study was conduct in research farm of Campus of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Razi university, Kermanshah, Iran at 2013-14 crop year. In experiment was used a split plot experiment based on randomized complete block design with three replications. In this experiment, main plot was water regimes in two levels (post anthesis water stress and control) and sub plot was 10 bred wheat cultivars (Zare, Parsi, Sivand, Pishtaz, Bahar, Azar2, Bezostaya, Gaspard, Sirvan and Marvdasht). The results showed that, post anthesis water stress significantly decreased grain yield, number of grains per spike, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight and biomass production (5.46, 10.25, 17.76, 1.1 and 3.29%, respectively) but had no significant effect on no of spike per m2. In post anthesis water stress, Parsi and Bezostaya cultivars had the highest and lowest grain yield production (11110 and 6080 kg.ha-1, respectively). Also, post anthesis water stress significantly decreased photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and water-soluble protein by 16.67, 14.03, 24.94 and 12.10% respectively, but significantly increased leaf surface temperature by 12.58%. Bezostaya and Marvdasht cultivars had the highest and lowest photosynthesis rate, respectively, as well as Gaspard and Bahar cultivars had the highest and Marvdasht cultivar had the least soluble protein content. In general, Sivand and Parsi cultivars were identified as high yielding cultivars and Zare, Marvdasht, Sirvan and Bahar cultivars as low yield cultivars.
