Abstract :
According to the census of the Statistical Center of Iran, the population of Taleghan County in 2016 was 26,976 people. Taleghan City is located in a rural area in the Alborz Mountains, which is formed by the joining of four neighborhoods called Shahrak, Glink, Kolej, and Parde Sar. Due to its location in the Middle Alborz Mountains, it has a mountainous and rural climate, which is why it has a seasonal population, and in the summer its population reaches more than 15,000 people. This is while the fixed population of Taleghan City is about 8,000 people. The villages studied in this study were selected based on the volume of tourist arrivals and include the villages of Mian Taleghan Rural District (Hashan, Kirkbud, Gelired, Orazan, Vashte, Goran, Manglan, Avank, Segran, Noizek, Segran Chal, Bazj, Khasban, Jezinan, Hassanjoon, and Haranj) which receive more tourists than other villages in Taleghan due to their ease of access and rich historical background.
1. Research Methodology
The research method used in this article is Grand Theory. Grand Theory is a general research method for generating theory. In its simplest form, Grand Theory is the process of constructing a formal theory through organized data collection and inductive data analysis to answer new questions in qualitative research that lack sufficient theoretical foundations in the field of study.
2. Research Findings
The greatest impact that the tourism phenomenon has had on rural spaces in Taleghan County is related to socio-cultural relations, and the economic, physical, and environmental categories affected by this change, respectively.
3. Conclusion
With the acceleration of the tourism phenomenon and the expansion of its influence on human relations, the sustainability of the environment and the residential space, as a result of this unbalanced trend, became structurally disrupted and chaotic, so that by going beyond the native residential and spatial patterns, a kind of fundamental duality was seen in the villages under study. In addition to the loss of spatial and identity links and components, which especially in Taleghan County has had an impact on religious, religious and cultural categories, along with the lack of management and principled planning, it has led to the commodification of residential and rural spaces, which in fact has undermined the structural and functional mission of villages. Given that space derives its meaning from social connections and spatial-identity structures, the growing trend of capitalism and the excessive use and disregard for the structures of the host culture lead to the disintegration of normal actions. The change in the spatial organization landscape has consequences that follow the uncontrolled growth of various phenomena that are the result of the capitalist system. The lack of proper planning and the lack of public participation in how to advance tourism goals in the Taleghan region, as mentioned above, have also caused this region to face many challenges that ultimately lead to an intensification of spatial conflicts and, as a result, an imbalance in the structures of geographical space and instability of the ecosystem.
