Abstract :
The aim of the research was to validate the model of factors affecting teachers' organizational trauma. The approach of this research is quantitative. In the designed model, the components of teachers' organizational trauma were categorized into 9 dimensions using Parseh's (1990) analysis design method: job demotivation, desire to quit, poor professional relationships, decreased mental health, job disinterest, perceived justice, decreased educational quality, organizational distrust, and organizational personalization. This model was validated using a researcher-made questionnaire. In the first part, the external model of the research was evaluated using first-order confirmatory factor analysis, presenting the results of convergent and divergent validity, and after the validity condition was met, the structural equation model was presented using AMOS software. Accordingly, the chi-squared indices with degrees of freedom, GFI, AGFI, NFI, NNFI, IFI, CFI, RMSEA, TLI, IFI, RFI, ratio economy index and PNFI were used. The findings showed that the model of the components affecting teachers' organizational trauma is valid.
