Abstract :
The present study was conducted to present organizational governance in the banking system. This study is applied in terms of purpose, fundamental-exploratory in terms of approach, and qualitative in terms of type. The statistical population of this study was a group of experts including university professors, senior bank managers, and experienced consultants in the field of governance. In this study, purposive sampling was used, and on this basis, 15 experts were selected and participated in the qualitative phase. In this study, the document review tool (scientific articles) as well as researcher-made questionnaires (to implement the Delphi method) were used to collect the required data. Finally, after going through the stages of meta-synthesis and the Delphi method, the organizational governance model in the banking system was designed in the form of six main dimensions (market orientation, organizational leadership, structuring, transfer of organizational knowledge and experiences, communications, and ethics) and fourteen components
