Abstract :
The aim of this research is to examine the impact of green human resource management on pro-environmental behavior, with the mediating roles of innovation and green organizational commitment, as well as the moderating role of green transformational leadership. This study is descriptive-survey in nature and is applied in purpose. The statistical population includes insurance branches in the city of Tabriz. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire with established validity and reliability, and structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the research hypotheses. Additionally, SPSS and SmartPLS software were utilized for data analysis. The results indicate that green human resource management has a positive and significant direct effect on pro-environmental behavior. Furthermore, the mediating roles of organizational innovation and organizational commitment were confirmed. Another finding was that the moderating role of green transformational leadership did not significantly affect the strength or degree of the relationship between green human resource management and pro-environmental behavior. The results of this study suggest that improving green human resource management can contribute positively to the development of pro-environmental behavior among insurance branches.
