Abstract :

Network structure and supply chain relationship management have attracted increasing attention from researchers and experts in recent years. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of supply chain network structure on relationship management strategies (case study of Golestan Company). This research is based on the objective of the applied type and based on the implementation method of the descriptive-survey type and the correlation type and based on the structural equations using the survey method. The statistical population of this research was all the employees and managers of Golestan Holding and its subsidiaries based in Tehran province, based on the sample size of Kochran, 107 people were selected using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool in this research was a questionnaire in which the supply chain network structure scale (20 items) and the relationship management strategies scale (10 items) by Kahn et al. (2021) were used. Data analysis and research hypothesis testing were done using the structural equation method. The results showed that the structure of the supply chain network and its components (transparency, power, dependence and technology) have a significant effect on the relationship management strategies in the holding company
