Investigating the role of the fundamental transformation document on educational management and the development of religious education in schools: A meta-synthesis study

Abstract
Introduction and Objective: The Fundamental Transformation Document of Education, as the main roadmap of the country's education system, plays a pivotal role in guiding and guiding educational changes. This study aims to investigate and analyze the role of the Fundamental Transformation Document in educational management and the development of religious education in schools. The necessity of this study arises from the fact that a deep understanding of the mutual effects of the transformation document, educational management, and the development of religious education can help improve the implementation processes and achieve the lofty goals of the educational system.
Methodology: This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and meta-synthesis method. The statistical population includes all scientific research articles, books, and documents related to the subject between 1390 and 1402. Valid domestic and foreign scientific databases were used to collect data, and data analysis was performed using the content analysis method. Inclusion criteria included relevance to the research topic, scientific validity of the sources, and novelty of the studies.
Findings: Content analysis of the sources led to the identification of four main overarching themes: structural transformation in the education system, transformational and participatory management, development of religious knowledge, innovation and organizational change. Each of these overarching themes has several organizing and basic themes that are meaningfully related to each other in the form of a network of themes. The findings show that success in implementing the fundamental transformation document requires simultaneous attention to the managerial and educational dimensions.
Discussion and Conclusion: The results of the research show that the fundamental transformation document plays a key role in guiding the education system towards excellence. Success in implementing this document requires: strengthening participatory and transformational management, paying special attention to the development of religious knowledge, creating coordination between the various elements of the education system, paying attention to contemporary challenges and environmental changes. It is suggested that for the successful implementation of the transformation document, the training programs of managers be reviewed and the necessary mechanisms be provided to strengthen the participation of stakeholders.
