Abstract :
Introduction: One of the most important solutions in response to the reduction of the capacity of big cities and solving their problems has been the construction of new cities. One of the important factors in attracting people to new cities is the improvement of livability with higher quality than the mother city and in general, better quality of the living environment. Objectives: This article has tried to identify and cluster the drivers affecting the future of the livability of new Parand city with the method of structural analysis... Methods: This article is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research method. Theoretical data was prepared by document method and experimental data by survey method based on Delphi technique. The statistical population is 30 experts and specialists based on judgmental or purposeful sampling and the driving forces under study are 40 driving forces in 5 dimensions, which are processed by structural interaction analysis method in MICMAC software. Results and Discussion: The findings of this research showed that the general pattern of the dispersion of the drivers of viability in terms of the analysis of mutual effects, as a whole, indicates the state of an unstable environmental system in which the drivers of development are a complex state in terms of effectiveness and effectiveness. And there are intermediates. The state of clustering of thrusters shows cluster concentration in dual and independent thrusters. Conclusion: Among the 40 key drivers affecting the future livability of the new city of Parand, the drivers are having a job and a decent income, the existence of diverse job opportunities in the city, strengthening the sense of belonging to a place, strengthening public trust between citizens, and increasing density. Optimum in context, access to recreational and leisure spaces, creation of active public spaces, democracy and citizens' participation, improvement of public transportation and taking into consideration the considerations of design and construction of drivers affecting the future livability of the new city of Parand were selected.
