Presenting a school organizational agility model based on organizational intelligence in secondary schools in Tehran

Abstract :
The aim of this research is to present a model of organizational agility of schools based on organizational intelligence in secondary schools in Tehran. The research method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The participants in the qualitative part included 15 professors from the university faculty, whose statistical sample was selected using a non-random sampling method. The statistical population of the present research in the quantitative part is all managers, deputies, and experts of education districts in Tehran, of which 381 people were determined as a sample. The method of cluster random sampling. The method of data collection in the qualitative part was library study and interview, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire containing the dimensions of organizational agility and the implementation of the Van Dyne (2003) organizational intelligence questionnaire. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, content analysis with an inductive approach and maxqda software were used. Based on the results in the field of organizational agility, a total of 85 subcategories, 15 subcategories and 4 main categories were identified, which were the strategic dimension, the managerial dimension, the technological dimension and the human resources competency dimension. And in the quantitative part, the model fit indices in factor analysis confirmed the fit of the school organizational agility model based on organizational intelligence. Considering the identification of the direct and positive effect of organizational intelligence on organizational agility, it seems that by increasing and strengthening organizational intelligence, the ground can be prepared for improving organizational agility..
