Preparation of an Educational Package Based on Wise Psychological Interventions to Prevent Aggressiveness of Delinquent Teenagers

Abstract :

Background and purpose: Preventing aggression is important, especially among delinquent adolescents. Accordingly, the aim of the present study was to develop an educational package based on wise psychological interventions to prevent aggression among delinquent adolescents. Methods:  The present research method was qualitative, using the Atride Stirling technique and a deductive (theory-based) approach. For this purpose, based on relevant research sources in the field of wise interventions, using a purposeful method and using the theoretical saturation criterion, 19 articles published in reputable journals in and outside the country between 2004 and 2022 were reviewed and themes related to this field were extracted. Nvivo software was used to analyze the themes. In the work process, 29 basic themes, 8 organizing themes, and 3 overarching themes were identified. Subsequently, according to the conceptual framework obtained, an educational intervention protocol was developed for 6 sessions. The content validity and reliability of this educational package was evaluated using the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance (0.80) and the Holstie’s coefficient (0/91), which indicated an acceptable situation. Findings:  The findings of the research showed that the educational protocol based on wise psychological interventions was effective in reducing the aggression of teenagers. Conclusion:  The components of personal values ​​and helping a person on the path of adolescent’s integration can help him to express his feelings, appreciate others and at the same time maintain his values, improve his psychological capabilities. In these interventions, the need of teenagers for internal cohesion is emphasized, the negative effects of threatening the individual's sense of integrity through past negative experiences and its consequences are discussed. This educational package can be effective by strengthening his inner cohesion and improving his health.

Extended Abstract

Introduction

Aggression is a complex behavioral phenomenon that can manifest in countless ways and be directed toward oneself or others (for example, suicide or self-harm). In addition, aggression can be seen as instrumental and aggressive or reactive (rumor spreading or psychological insult), in this case, although aggression is formed passively, its destructive effect should not be ignored. Considering the multifaceted nature of aggressive behavior and the wide definitions that are currently used in various researches, researchers should pay attention to how this phenomenon can be operationally defined in each research field (1). In this research, aggression is a behavior that a person does intentionally with the intention of causing personal, psychological or physical harm to himself and others. In this harmful path, emotional discharge takes place in a defective way (2).

    Aggression has been expressed in different psychological approaches with different analyses, including the psychoanalytical approach that considers aggression as originating from the death instinct (3). Bandura's social learning theory, which describes aggression as a learned social behavior (4), or the information processing perspective, which makes emotion regulation training the main focus of aggression reduction programs (5). Based on the information obtained, there is a significant gender difference in the correlations between adolescent depression symptoms and aggressive behaviors (verbal, physical, psychological) in the occurrence of physical aggression in boys, and accepting this makes it necessary to pay more attention to aggressive behaviors in boys (6).

    However, a new approach called wise psychological interventions (WIs) has been proposed, which is designed to control emotions, including aggressive behaviors, especially in adolescents. In these interventions, mental interpretation is very important (11). The meaning of mental interpretation and its meaning and concept is how people infer the meaning or interpretation of themselves or other people in social situations (13) These interventions are designed with the assumption of a high probability of acceptance by teenagers and young people, which with conceptualization in this field, a comprehensive basis have provided for wise psychological interventions (12).

    The goal of wise psychological interventions is to create significant changes in the relatively stable characteristics of people through interventions that are based on strategies in the field of attitude change. The key principle of these interventions is to pay attention to the effects that a person's inference of his personal characteristics and social situations has on his behavior. This type of intervention helps teenagers to achieve positive results independently. This intervention allows the individual to maintain the independence of the new belief (13) Fixed mindset is not accepted in this intervention and it is designed based on the idea that our traits and characteristics are malleable and not fixed (30). The goal of mindset interventions is to help It is up to people to interpret themselves and the circumstances in which they are. Attribution theory is one of the fundamental theories in this type of intervention (14).

    Growth mindset interventions teach the idea that our traits and characteristics are malleable and not fixed .The goal of growth mindset interventions (need for understanding) is to help people interpret themselves and their circumstances in adaptive ways, and in doing so, it takes help from our need to understand things in the best possible way (13)  .Attribution Theory  is one of the fundamental theories in this type of intervention (14).

    By providing these interventions to maintain the individual's integrity, the expression of his feelings has helped him to maintain and even improve his values ​​while appreciating the support of others. They believe that if a person's sense of integrity is threatened by his experiences, a range of different personal and social problems will be created (15).

    In general, it can be said that the focus of the intervention of the growth mentality and self-affirmation and the interventions derived from it and the effect of these interventions will be effective in controlling the aggression of adolescents (16).

    In the current research, an effort was made to use the latest sources in this regard and to design a protocol based on two concepts of self-affirmation (focusing on personal values) and strengthening the growth mindset (32). The necessity of developing such a protocol can be expressed based on its applications to reduce externalized and internalized harmful behaviors and considering that aggressive behaviors affect all three dimensions of cognition, emotions, and arousal. The necessity of conducting effective psychological interventions with the support of research that considers all three mentioned dimensions is obvious. Such interventions may help the delinquent teenager to strive for his positive personal values and to control behaviors in order to achieve those values by changing his mentality and emphasizing his integrity. Also, considering the many studies conducted, some of which mentioned the importance of interventions in relation to the prevention of adolescent aggression, which can lead to many psychological and physical injuries, the present study aims to develop an educational protocol based on wise psychological interventions to reduction in aggression among them. As a result, the main problem of the research was that:

    What is the conceptual framework of the educational protocol based on wise psychological interventions to reduce the aggression of juvenile delinquents? And is the educational package designed on this basis valid?

 

Materials and Methods

The current research is a qualitative method that uses thematic analysis based on a comparative approach (based on theory). Thematic analysis is a method used to analyze textual data and transform scattered and distinct data into rich and balanced data. It is a method for awareness, analysis and reporting of existing models in qualitative data, which is used both to present the reality and to justify it. In this research, Stirling's method (17) has been used. The themes network systematizes the basic themes (codes and basic themes of the text), the organizing themes (themes obtained by combining and summarizing the basic themes) and the overarching themes (superior themes including structures dominating the text as a whole) based on a specific pattern. Then, these themes are depicted in the form of a website network, and the key themes of each of these three levels are evident along with the relationships between them. In order to analyze the themes of wise psychological interventions and draw the network of themes, all available written and electronic sources related to wise psychological interventions have been used. For this purpose, 19 articles between the years 2004 and 2024 were selected and analyzed through thematic analysis using the purposeful sampling method and the theoretical saturation criterion. In order to search and find articles, foreign databases and search engines such as Google Secular and Science Direct and internal databases such as the scientific information database of Jihad University, Nurmagz, Maghiran and comprehensive portal of humanities were used. In order to prepare an educational package based on wise psychological interventions, the scientific literature and research conducted on the theories of growth mindset and self-affirmation, two main types of wise psychological interventions, were investigated. In addition to the sources mentioned in the introduction, other available sources such as the studies of Calote et al (18), Schleider et al (19) , Clarovo et al. These interventions and their effectiveness were discussed and mainly included the emphasis and focus of the growth mindset and self-affirmation intervention, the description of the interventions derived from it and the effect of these interventions on the control of adolescent aggression. The review and exploration of texts and documents related to wise psychological interventions was carried out step by step and progressed to the point of saturation in order to find out the meanings and messages related to wise psychological interventions, after identifying and extracting the texts. Printed and electronic from reliable sources, researchers used the tool of extracting scientific texts; after identifying relevant scientific texts, analyzing and collecting sentences Related to the research question, the extracted sentences were placed in the table that was prepared in advance.

In order to analyze the data, using Envivo software, the thematic coding procedure has been used. 

    According to the main problem of the research, which is about the conceptual framework of the educational protocol based on wise psychological interventions to reduce the aggression of delinquent teenagers, the findings identified 8 organizing themes, the organizing themes and the basic themes of each of them were shown in the above table. . As can be seen in the table, in general, the organizing themes of the framework of the mental and personal components of the intelligent psychology of delinquent teenagers include: growth mindset, constructive documents, resources and facilities, self-integration, expression of feelings, gratitude, social solidarity, social support. Considering the main problem of the research as well as the results that showed 8 organizing themes, each theme has been discussed separately.

    Growth mindset: It means believing that new capabilities and skills can be achieved through effort and practice. In fact, growth mindset is a key concept in personal development and moving towards success. People who have a growth mindset are those who seek to learn, develop and continuously improve their abilities and skills (12).

Constructive attributions: Constructive attributions explain how a person attempts to identify the causes of the occurrence of overt individual behaviors based on realistic internal or external factors for themselves or others. Documentation is the process through which we seek to gain information about understanding the why of behavior. In simpler words, constructive documents refer to the effort of humans to understand the reason for their own behavior as well as the behavior of others in a logical way (22).

Resources and facilities: Resources and facilities mean a person's access to facilities and conditions that can help him in knowing his strengths and weaknesses, as well as trying to fix weaknesses and strengthen strengths (15).

    Self-integrity: Self-integrity is the process of remembering and sharing memories with others, resolving past conflicts, and accepting failures and losses. People have this motivation to have an image of themselves as good people and able to control the important outcomes of their lives. Even when people try to understand the world sensibly, they look for certain meanings that may sometimes be threatened by those meanings (24).

Expressing feelings: It is being aware of one's emotions and having transparency of emotions and trying to express emotions in a consistent manner and praising incompatible emotions in an effective and consistent manner (25).

    Appreciation: Appreciation is considered as one of the characteristics of a positive writer in psychology, and it is a person's attention to the assets and blessings that exist in his life, as well as the feeling of gratitude for the existence of these resources and assets)15).

Social solidarity: Social solidarity is defined as a widespread worldview among people, with civil, democratic and redistributive dimensions, according to which people tolerate views and actions they do not like, accept democratic decisions, even if these decisions are contrary to the beliefs. or their opinions. Social solidarity refers to mutual dependence between people in a society (26).

Social support: Social support in the context of social interactions is one of the basic aspects of social relations. Due to the importance of their centrality, the standard approach to systematize social interactions includes six components of support, participation, communication, activities, context, and evaluation, which means that a person considers himself a part of the communication network (27).

 

Findings

The results of the researches have been consistent. Such interventions, by changing their mentality and emphasizing their integrity, help the delinquent teenager to strive for his positive personal values ​​and to control his behaviors in order to achieve those values. According to what was said, considering the increasing aggression in the society and especially among delinquent teenagers, this study also confirms the results of the aforementioned research. Other consistent studies state that training based on psychological empowerment of teenagers will be effective in their mental health. Emphasizing the components of personal values ​​helps a person to behave more adaptively. In order to maintain one's integrity and help a person to express his feelings and appreciation, to maintain his values ​​and even improve them as much as possible. On the other hand, self-affirmation interventions emphasize our need for internal coherence and state that if a person's sense of integrity is threatened by his experiences, a range of different personal and social problems will be created, which is consistent with the results of researches was obtained, so the present protocol can help him in reducing psychological and social problems by strengthening the internal and psychological coherence of the person. It's worth it. Also, the self-affirmation theory proposes the idea that sometimes some environmental tensions intentionally or unintentionally threaten a person's integrity, and people may use defense mechanisms to protect their integrity, which can hinder growth. In self-affirming interventions, brief situational opportunities are provided for the individual to demonstrate his or her loyalty to the value he or she holds. Therefore, strengthening the growth mindset in the present protocol can help in psychological cohesion and obtaining social support and ultimately the development of mental ability in people. In addition, strengthening the individual's mentality by relying on the growth mentality causes his efforts in the direction of movement against stagnation, and adaptive documents help the individual to emphasize his inner resources and use the maximum resources and facilities to strengthen the wise mentality. Finally, the need to belong helps the individual to provide reliable support for himself in times of crisis by maintaining internal solidarity and social support.

 

Discussion

The present research has obtained three overarching themes that have a clear role in rational psychological interventions and by extracting 8 organizing themes that can be well used in relation to managing and reducing the problems of delinquent teenagers with the rational psychology method, and also a protocol should be developed in the form of Based on the practical theoretical foundations and the opinion of the experts, the six sessions can be said that in addition to contributing to the richness of wise psychological interventions, it is a scientific package and accurate for the prevention of psychological problems of delinquent teenagers with wise psychological intervention. Considering the applicability and integrity of the organizing themes resulting from the current research, in the field of wise psychological interventions, the protocol obtained from the current research has a suitable capacity to carry out effective interventions for groups exposed to psychosocial injuries, considering that this intervention is short-term and It has a simple content and can be used in the educational program of correctional centers in the country, and during the short-term presence of the youths in the said place, this intervention will be used for Prevention of subsequent aggressions and reduction of delinquency among them benefited.

 

Conclusion

The present protocol can help the individual reduce psychological and social problems by strengthening his/her internal and psychological cohesion. Also, the self-affirmation theory proposes the idea that sometimes some environmental tensions, intentionally or unintentionally, threaten the integrity of the individual, and individuals may use defense mechanisms to protect their integrity, which can hinder growth. In self-affirming interventions, short situational opportunities are provided for the individual to show his/her loyalty to his/her value. Therefore, strengthening the growth mindset in the present protocol can help psychological cohesion and gain social support, and ultimately, this issue can be understood. It can help develop mental ability in individuals. In addition, strengthening the individual's mindset by relying on the growth mindset causes him/her to strive towards moving against stagnation, and adaptive attributions help the individual emphasize his/her internal resources and use maximum resources and facilities to strengthen the wise mindset. Ultimately, the need to belong helps an individual maintain internal cohesion and social support, providing them with reliable support in times of crisis.

 

Ethical Considerations compliance with ethical guidelines

The training package prepared according to the request of the head of counseling unit of Shiraz Children and Juvenile Court, was trained for the help seekers of Fars Correctional Center, and while keeping their list confidential, it was emphasized that they do not wish to continue participating in the training course, if they wish. to announce their withdrawal from receiving the trainings, and also received the code of ethics from the Bioethics Committee of Shiraz University.

تاریخ دریافت: 27/10/1403 تاریخ داوری: 18/12/1403 تاریخ پذیرش: 18/12/1403	چکیده زمینه و هدف: پیشگیری از پرخاشگری، بویژه در بین نوجوانان بزهکار اهمیت دارد. بر این اساس، هدف از این پژوهش تدوین بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه برای پیشگیری از پرخاشگری نوجوانان بزهکار بوده است. روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع کیفی تحلیل مضمون و تکنیک آتراید استرلینگ و بر مبنای رویکرد قیاسی (مبتنی بر نظریه) بود. بدین منظور بر اساس منابع پژوهشی مرتبط در حوزه مداخلات خردمندانه، با استفاده از روش هدفمند و استفاده از معیار اشباع نظری، 19 مقاله چاپ‌شده در بازه زمانی سال‌های 2004 تا 2022 در مجلات معتبر داخل و خارج کشور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مضامین مرتبط با این حوزه استخراج شد. برای تحلیل مضامین از نرم‌افزار انویوو استفاده شد. در فرایند کار 29 مضمون پایه، 8 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شدند. در ادامه، بر طبق چارچوب مفهومی به دست‌آمده، پروتکل مداخله آموزشی برای 6 جلسه تدوین شد. به منظور بررسی روایی محتوایی و اعتبار این بسته آموزشی از ضریب هماهنگی کندال (80/0) و ضریب هولستی (91/0) استفاده شد که حاکی از وضعیت قابل‌قبولی بودند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که پروتکل آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه در کاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان مؤثر بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: مؤلفه‌های ارزش‌های شخصی و کمک به فرد در مسیر یکپارچگی خود می‌تواند به نوجوان کمک کند تا ضمن بیان احساس، قدرشناسی از دیگران و در عین ‌حال حفظ ارزش‌های خود، توانمندی‌های روانی خود را ارتقا دهد. در این مداخلات بر نیاز نوجوانان به انسجام درونی تأکید شده و به آثار منفی تهدید احساس یکپارچگی فرد به‌وسیله تجارب منفی گذشته و تبعات ناشی از آن پرداخته‌ شده است. این بسته آموزشی می‌تواند در تقویت انسجام درونی و ارتقای سلامتی نوجوان مؤثر واقع شود.

مقدمه

 پرخاشگری پدیده رفتاری پیچیده‌ای است که می‌تواند به روش‌های بی‌شماری بروز کرده و به سمت خود و یا افراد دیگر هدایت شود (به‌عنوان‌مثال، خودکشی یا خودآزاری). افزون بر این، پرخاشگری می‌تواند به شکل ابزاری و تهاجمی یا واکنشی (شایعه‌پراکنی یا توهین روانی) مشاهده شود، در این حالت گرچه پرخاشگری به‌صورت منفعلانه شکل می‌گیرد، اما تأثیر مخرب آن را نبایستی نادیده انگاشت. با توجه به ماهیت چندوجهی رفتار پرخاشگرانه و تعاریف گسترده‌ای که در حال حاضر در پژوهش‌های گوناگون به کار می‌رود، پژوهشگران بایستی به این نکته توجه داشته باشند که چگونه این پدیده در هر زمینه پژوهشی، تعریف عملیاتی می‌شود (1). در این پژوهش، منظور از پرخاشگری رفتاری است که فرد تعمداً و به ‌قصد آسیب رساندن شخصی، روان‌شناختی یا جسمانی به خود و دیگران انجام می‌دهد. در این مسیر پرآسیب تخلیه هیجانی به شکل معیوب صورت می‌گیرد (2).

پرخاشگری در رویکردهای گوناگون روان‌شناختی با تحلیل‌های متفاوتی بیان‌ شده است؛ از جمله رویکرد روانکاوی، پرخاشگری را منبعث از غریزه مرگ می‌داند (3). نظریه یادگیری اجتماعی بندورا پرخاشگری را نوعی رفتار اجتماعی آموخته‌شده توصیف می‌کند (4) و دیدگاه پردازش اطلاعات، آموزش­های تنظیم هیجان را کانون اصلی برنامه­های کاهش پرخاشگری قرار داده است (5).

 بر اساس اطلاعات صورت گرفته، بین علائم افسردگی نوجوانان و انواع رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه (کلامی، جسمی و روانی) آنها ارتباط وجود دارد و در بروز رفتار پرخاشگری بدنی، تفاوت جنسیتی معنی‌دار با بروز بیش‌تر در پسران مشاهده‌ می‌‌شود که قبول این امر اهمیت توجه بیش‌تر به رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه در پسران را لازم می‌سازد. پرخاشگری در پسران نوجوان یک عامل خطر برای ایجاد مشکلات درونی مانند اضطراب و افسردگی است (6). این در حالی است که از یک طرف، دوره‌های نوجوانی و جوانی زندگی مهم‌ترین مراحل رشدی شخصیت می‌باشد و از طرف دیگر، پرخاشگری و عصبانیت که از اقتضائات این دوره رشدی است نادیده گرفته‌ شده او به آن توجه کافی ننشده است. کنار آمدن با تغییرات جسمی و روانی که در این گروه سنی اتفاق می‌افتد، آسان نیست. این تغییرات ممکن است اختلال در روابط با والدین، معلمان، سالمندان و همسالان و یا عقب‌ماندگی تحصیلی را به همراه داشته باشد. در این خصوص، کنجکاوی برای کشف اعمال جنسی و سوءمصرف مواد محرک نیز می‌تواند به‌عنوان محرک اصلی قلمداد شود. برای پیشگیری از آسیب‌های مترتب بر این سن پیشنهاد آموزش تنظیم رفتار راهکاری مفیدی خواهد بود (7). 

نوجوانی یک دوره حیاتی رشدی است که در آن تغییرات اجتماعی، عاطفی، فیزیکی و بدنی می‌تواند ادراک منفی از خود را ایجاد کند. در این دوره رفتار نوجوانان به‌شدت توسط احساسات تعیین می‌شود. افزون بر این، نگرانی فزاینده‌ای در مورد بروز هم‌زمان مشکلات رفتاری، عاطفی و شناختی در این دوره سنی وجود دارد. مطالعه مدل‌های منحنی رشد چندسطحی، نشان می‌دهد که پرخاشگری فیزیکی و اجتماعی از سنین 11 تا 18 سالگی مسیرهای منحنی را دنبال می‌کند. پرخاشگری فیزیکی در حدود 15 سالگی و پرخاشگری اجتماعی در حدود 14 سالگی به اوج خود می‌رسند (8) لذا مداخلاتی که در کنترل هیجانات نوجوان مؤثر باشد لازم به نظر می‌رسد (9). 

در مطالعه‌ای که در خاورمیانه انجام شده است، شانزده پایگاه داده‌های مربوط به مداخلاتی که برای کاهش پرخاشگری در میان نوجوانان انجام شده‌اند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. پس از غربالگری 9795 پرونده، 95 مطالعه وارد شده و در یک متاآنالیز چندسطحی، نوجوانان دارای سطوح بالاتر خطر مورد هدف قرار گرفته‌اند. درمجموع، یافته‌ها نشان داده است که مداخلات روانی اجتماعی بویژه آموزش‌های تنظیم رفتار در کاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان مؤثر می­باشد (10). در این ارتباط، رویکرد جدیدی با عنوان مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه¹ (WIs) مطرح ‌شده است که برای کنترل هیجانات از جمله رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه بویژه در سنین نوجوانی طراحی ‌شده است. در این مداخلات تفسیر ذهنی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است (11). منظور از تفسیر ذهنی و معنی و مفهوم آن چگونگی استنباط معنی یا تفسیر افراد از خود و یا افراد دیگر در موقعیت‌های اجتماعی است (12). این مداخلات با فرض احتمال پذیرش بالا توسط نوجوانان و جوانان طراحی ‌شده‌اند که با مفهوم‌پردازی در این زمینه، مبنایی جامع را برای مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه فراهم آورده‌اند (13).

هدف از مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه ایجاد تغییرات قابل‌توجه در ویژگی‌های نسبتاً پایدار افراد از طریق مداخلاتی است که مبتنی بر راهبردهایی در حوزه تغییر نگرش هستند. اصل کلیدی این مداخلات، توجه به تأثیراتی است که استنباط فرد از ویژگی‌های شخصی خود و موقعیت‌های اجتماعی بر رفتارش دارد. این نوع مداخله به نوجوانان کمک می‌کند تا به‌طور مستقل به نتایج مثبتی نسبت به خود دست یابند. این مداخله به فرد اجازه می‌دهد که باور جدید را بپذیرد (12). ذهنیت ثابت در این مداخله پذیرفته‌شده نیست و بر اساس این ایده طراحی‌ شده است که صفات و ویژگی­های ما شکل‌پذیر بوده و ثابت نیستند (13). هدف از مداخلات ذهنیت رشد کمک به افراد برای تفسیر درست خود و شرایطی است که فرد در آن قرار دارد. نظریه اسناد از نظریات بنیادی در این نوع مداخله می‌باشد (14). هدف از مداخلات ذهنیت رشد کمک به افراد برای تفسیر خود و شرایط‌شان به روش‌های انطباقی است و در این کار از نیاز افراد به درک موضوعات به بهترین شکل ممکن استفاده می‌شود (13و 22).

ارایه این مداخلات به حفظ یکپارچگی فرد و بیان احساسات او کمک می‌کند تا ضمن قدرشناسی از حمایت‌های دیگران، ارزش‌های خود را حفظ و حتی‌الامکان ارتقا دهد. از سوی دیگر، مداخلات خودتاییدی بر نیاز به انسجام درونی فرد تأکید داشته و اظهار می­دارند که اگر احساس یکپارچگی خود فرد توسط تجارب او مورد تهدید واقع شود، طیفی از مشکلات گوناگون شخصی و اجتماعی ایجاد می‌شود. درمجموع، می‌توان گفت که تمرکز مداخله ذهنیت رشد و خودتاییدی و مداخلات منبعث از آن و تأثیر این مداخلات بر کنترل پرخاشگری نوجوانان موثر خواهد بود (18).

 در این پژوهش تلاش بر آن بوده است تا از جدیدترین منابع در این خصوص استفاده شود و پروتکلی مبتنی بر دو مفهوم خودتاییدی (با تمرکز بر ارزش‌های شخصی) و تقویت ذهنیت رشد طراحی شود (15). ضرورت تدوین چنین پروتکلی کاربردهای آن برای کاهش رفتارهای آسیب­زای برون­ریزی‌شده و درون‌ریزی‌شده است زیرا رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه هر سه بعد شناخت، عواطف و برانگیختگی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار می‌دهند (16). ضرورت انجام مداخلات مؤثر روان‌شناختی با پشتوانه تحقیقاتی که هر سه بعد مذکور را موردنظر قرار دهد آشکار است. چنین مداخلاتی می‌تواند با تغییر ذهنیت و تأکید بر یکپارچگی خود به نوجوان بزهکار کمک کند تا در جهت ارزش­های مثبت شخصی خود و کنترل رفتارها در جهت دست‌یابی به آن ارزش­ها تلاش نماید. با توجه به مطالعات فراوان انجام‌شده که به تعدادی از آنان اشاره شد و با توجه به اهمیت مداخلات در رابطه با پیشگیری از پرخاشگری نوجوانان، این پژوهش درصدد تدوین پروتکل آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه جهت کاهش پرخاشگری در بین آن‌ها برآمد. درنتیجه، مسئله اصلی پژوهش این بود که:

چارچوب مفهومی پروتکل آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه برای کاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان بزهکار کدام است؟ و آیا بسته آموزشی طراحی‌شده بر این اساس دارای روایی است؟

 

 

 

 

مواد و روش­ها

با تأکید بر این‌ که تا زمان انجام پژوهش، مقاله‌ای به زبان فارسی پیرامون مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه یافت چاپ‌نشده بود، به توضیحات مرتبط با این بخش پرداخته می‌شود. این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون بر مبنای رویکرد قیاسی (مبتنی بر نظریه) انجام شده است. تحلیل مضمون روشی فرایندي است که براي تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های متنی به کار بسته می‌شود و داده‌های پراکنده و متمایز را به داده‌های غنی و موزون تبدیل می‌کند. این روش به منظور آگاهی، تجزیه و تحلیل و گزارش مدل‌های موجود در داده‌هاي کیفی هم براي عرضه واقعیت و هم براي توجیه آن به کار می‌رود. در این پژوهش از روش آتراید استرلینگ (17) بهره برده شده است که شبکه مضامین را بر پایه الگوي مشخص مضامین پایه (کدها و مضمون‌های اساسی متن)، مضامین سازمان‌دهنده (مضامین حاصل‌‌شده از تلفیق و ایجاز مضامین پایه) و مضامین فراگیر (مضامین عالی شامل ساختارهاي مسلط بر متن به ‌مثابه کل) نظام‌مند ‌می‌کند. سپس، این مضامین به‌صورت شبکه تارنما به تصویر درآمده و مضامین کلیدي هر یک از این سه سطح همراه با روابط میان آن‌ها مشهود می‌شود. جهت تحلیل مضامین مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه و ترسیم شبکه مضامین از کلیه منابع مکتوب و الکترونیک قابل‌دسترسی مرتبط با مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه بهره برده شده است. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و استفاده از معیار اشباع نظري 19 مقاله بین سال‌های 2004 تا 2024 انتخاب شدند و از طریق تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. جهت جست‌و‌جو و یافتن مقالات از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و موتورهاي جستجوي خارجی مانند گوگل اسکولار و ساینس دایرکت و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی مانند پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، نورمگز، مگیران و پرتال جامع علوم انسانی استفاده ‌شد. به‌منظور تهیه بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه، به بررسی متون علمی و پژوهش­های انجام‌گرفته پیرامون نظریه‌های ذهنیت رشد و خودتاییدی که دو نوع اصلی مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه هستند، اقدام شد. علاوه بر منابعی که در مقدمه به آنها اشاره ‌شد، سایر منابع موجود از جمله مطالعات کالوته و همکاران (18)، شلایدر و همکاران (19)، کلاروو همکاران (20)، کوهن و شرمن (21) نیز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت که در آنها به شرح این مداخلات و اثربخشی آن­ها پرداخته‌شده بود و عمدتاً شامل بیان تأکیدات و تمرکز مداخله ذهنیت رشد و خودتاییدی، شرح مداخلات منبعث از آن و تأثیر این مداخلات بر کنترل پرخاشگری نوجوانان بودند. بررسی و کنکاش متون و اسناد مرتبط با مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه به‌صورت گام‌به‌گام و به‌تدریج صورت گرفت و تا سرحد اشباع پیش رفت. به‌منظور پی بردن به معانی و پیام‌های نهفته در متون و مقالات مرتبط با مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه، پس از شناسایی و استخراج متون چاپی و الکترونیک از منابع معتبر، پژوهشگران از ابزار فیش‌برداری از متون علمی بهره گرفتند. پس از شناسایی متون علمی مرتبط، تجزیه و جمع‌آوری جملات مرتبط با سؤال پژوهش‌ انجام شد، جملات استحصال‌شده در جدولی که از قبل تهیه‌شده بود جاگذاري شدند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم ‌افزار انویوو² از رویه کدگذاري موضوعی بهره برد شد.

    برای ارزیابی تحلیل مضمون در این پژوهش روش‌های زیر بکار گرفته شد: کدگذاری مستقل که به‌عنوان راهی برای اطمینان درونی بکار برده می­شود (28) و فرایند رایجی برای ارزیابی و کنترل کیفیت تحلیل‌های مضمون می­باشد. این روش مشابه محاسبه آماری قابلیت اطمینان درونی است که در تحلیل‌های کمی یا مشاهده ساختاریافته صورت می‌گیرد. هدف از کدگذاری مستقل، کمک به پژوهشگر است تا به‌طور انتقادی درباره ساختار مضامین پیشنهادی خود و تصمیماتی که درباره کدگذاری گرفته است فکر کند. برای تثبیت روایی محتوایی از شاخص رواییCVR³ با استفاده از ظرفیت 8 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه معاونت اجتماعی و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم دادگستری استان فارس (تحصیل‌کرده در رشته‌های روان‌شناسی تربیتی، روان‌شناسی عمومی و روان‌شناسی بالینی با حداقل ده سال سابقه مداخلات مرتبط با رشته تخصصی خود در سطح کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری) و هم‌چنین، سرپرست بخش مددکاری دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب مرکز استان (دارای سطح کارشناسی ارشد در رشته روان‌شناسی تربیتی) استفاده شد.

 

یافته‌ها

با توجه به مسئله اصلی پژوهش که پیرامون چارچوب مفهومی پروتکل آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه برای کاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان بزهکار بود، یافته‌ها 8 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده را مورد شناسایی قرار داد. برای تعیین میزان هماهنگی میان نظرات ضریب هماهنگی آزمون کندال⁴ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که برابر با 80/0 و حاکی از وضعیت قابل‌قبولی بود. هم‌چنین، از ضریب هولستی⁵ استفاده شد که برای آن مقدار 91/0 به دست آمد و نشان داد نتایج پژوهش‌ از قابلیت اعتماد بالایی برخوردار است.

به‌طورکلی، مضامین سازمان‌دهنده چارچوب مؤلفه‌های ذهنی و شخصی روان‌شناسی خردمندانه نوجوانان بزهکار شامل ذهنیت رشد، اسنادهای سازنده، منابع و امکانات، یکپارچگی خود، بیان احساس، قدرشناسی، همبستگی اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی بود. در ادامه هر مضمون به‌صورت مجزا موردبحث قرارگرفته است. ذهنیت رشد، به معنای اعتقاد به این است که می‌توان با تلاش و تمرین به توانمندی‌ها و مهارت‌های جدید دست پیدا کرد. در واقع، ذهنیت رشد یک مفهوم کلیدی در راستای توسعه شخصی و حرکت به‌سوی موفقیت است. افرادی که ذهنیت رشد دارند، کسانی هستند که به دنبال یادگیری، توسعه و بهبود مستمر توانمندی‌ها و مهارت‌های خود هستند (15). اسنادهای سازنده تبیین می‌کند که چگونه آدمی تلاش می‌ورزد تا علت‌های رخ دادن رفتارهای آشکار فردی را بر پایه عوامل درونی یا بیرونی واقع‌بینانه برای خود یا دیگران بازشناسد. اسناد فرایندی است که از راه آن در پی کسب اطلاعات درباره فهم چرایی رفتار برمی‌آییم. به سخن ساده‌تر، اسناد سازنده به کوشش انسان‌ها در دریافتن چرایی رفتار خود و نیز رفتار دیگران به‌صورت منطقی اشاره دارد (22). منظور از منابع و امکانات، میزان دسترسی فرد به امکانات و شرایطی است که می‌تواند به او در آگاهی از نقاط قوت و ضعف خود و هم‌چنین، تلاش برای رفع نقاط ضعف و تقویت نقاط قوت کمک کند (25). یکپارچگی خود، فرایند به خاطر آوردن و شریک شدن خاطرات با دیگران، حل تعارضات گذشته و پذیرش شکست‌ها و فقدان‌ها است. افراد این انگیزه را دارند که تصویری از خود به‌عنوان فردی خوب و قادر به کنترل نتایج مهم زندگی خود داشته باشند. حتی زمانی که افراد تلاش می‌کنند تا دنیا را معقولانه درک کنند، به دنبال معانی خاصی هستند که گاهی ممکن است توسط آن معانی تهدید ‌شوند (23). بیان احساس عبارت است از آگاه بودن نسبت به هیجانات خویش و شفافیت داشتن هیجانات و تلاش برای ابراز سازگارانه هیجانات و والایش هیجانات ناسازگار به‌صورت اثربخش و سازگارانه (24). قدرشناسی به عنوانی یکی از ویژگی‌های منشی مثبت در روان‌شناسی به‌حساب می­آید و عبارت است از توجه فرد به داشته‌ها و نعمت‌هایی که در زندگی وی وجود دارد و نیز حس تشکر و امتنان به خاطر وجود این منابع و داشته­ها (25). همبستگی اجتماعی را به‌عنوان یک جهان‌بینی گسترده در میان مردم، با ابعاد مدنی، دموکراتیک و باز‌توزیعی تعریف می‌کنند که به‌موجب آن افراد دیدگاه‌ها و اعمالی را که دوست ندارند تحمل می‌کنند و تصمیمات دموکراتیک را می‌پذیرند، حتی اگر این تصمیمات مغایر با عقاید آن‌ها باشد. همبستگی اجتماعی بر وابستگی متقابل بین افراد در یک جامعه اشاره دارد (26). حمایت‌های اجتماعی در چارچوب تعاملات اجتماعی از جنبه‌های اساسی روابط اجتماعی هستند. با توجه به اهمیت مرکزیت آن‌ها، رویکرد استاندارد برای نظام‌مند کردن تعاملات اجتماعی، شامل شش جزء حمایتگری، مشارکت‌جویی، ارتباط، فعالیت‌ها، زمینه و ارزیابی است که با این وصف فرد، خود را جزئی از شبکه ارتباطی می‌داند (27). 

یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از این پژوهش، پس از جداسازی و حذف مضامین متشابه و همسان، در قالب شبکه مضامین شامل 3 مضمون فراگیر، 8 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 29 مضمون پایه درآمد. جدول شماره 1 نتایج را نشان می‌دهد.

در مرحله بعد، با استفاده از مضامین فراگیر و مضامین سازمان‌دهنده (15) جلسات مداخله آموزشی در قالب 6 جلسه سازمان‌دهی شد. ترتیب جلسات بر اساس نظر متخصصان، پایه‌ای بودن مطالب و الگوهای موجود تنظیم شد. به‌علاوه، در این بسته آموزشی، از مطالب کاربردی در کنار تکالیف خانگی، سناریوهای متنوع در قالب فیلم‌های خیلی کوتاه، انیمیشن و زندگی‌نامه‌های داستانی منطبق با سرفصل آموزش‌ها و بر اساس منابع دست‌اول استفاده ‌شد که می­توانست به تسهیل، تثبیت و درونی شدن محتوای آموزشی کمک کند. جدول 2 حاوی شرح جلسات این مداخله کوتاه‌مدت است. لازم به تاکید است که این محتوا بایستی توسط افراد در رشته‌های مرتبط و آشنا به مفاهیم زیربنایی روان‌شناسی و یا مشاوره با حداقل مدرک در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و دارای تجربه آموزشی ارایه شود.

جلسه اول		- ارائه شرایط تهدید احتمالی و فرضی خاص - آگاهی بیش‌تر از تجربه لحظه حال     - مداخلات تمرکز حواس	- تشویق به این‌که تهدید را در چشم‌انداز قرار دهند. - اخذ بازخورد تائید احساسات و حالات هیجانی فرد در راستای درک هیجانات خود - مداخلات تمرکز حواس هدف تقویت آگاهی بیش‌تر از تجربه لحظه حال را شامل می‌شود.	پیامی که ممکن است تهدید روانی را افزایش دهد، این احساس را ایجاد می‌کند که فرد به کمک نیاز دارد. پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهد که وقتی مردم آگاه شوند که تائید برای کمک به آن‌ها طراحی‌شده است، تأثیر آن کاهش می‌یابد. این بدان معنا نیست که اگر از فواید آن آگاه باشند نمی‌توانند از تأیید به‌ عنوان یک استراتژی مقابله‌ای شخصی استفاده کنند. البته تا زمانی که احساس کنند در تصمیم‌گیری برای استفاده از آن حق انتخاب داشته و از اثرات مفید آن آگاه باشند، همچنان سود می‌برند (29).
جلسه دوم		-        مداخلات مرتبط با هویت و ادراک خود	یک تغییر اولیه کوچک در افکار یا رفتار خود می‌تواند موجب قطع کردن حلقه‌های غلط افکاری و یا رفتاری شود.	اولین رفتار مثبت پس از مداخله زنجیره‌ای از رویدادهایی را ایجاد می‌کند که احتمالاً در بخش قابل‌توجهی از دوره زندگی تداوم می‌یابد. در این مداخله افراد تشویق به برداشتن یک گام اولیه کوچک به نمایندگی از یک هدف می‌شوند. یک اقدام اولیه باعث تغییرات عمیق در هویت و ادراک خود می‌شود که تغییرات حاصله را نیز به همراه دارد (30)
جلسه سوم		- مداخله نگارش بیانی برای احساسات و افکار خود	- تشویق به نوشتن درباره رویدادهای آسیب‌زای منجر به مشکل فعلی. - تشویق به بیان عمیق‌ترین افکار و احساسات خود. - آموزش و تمرین بیان تجربه‌های هیجانی به‌نحوی‌که یکی از نتایج فرضی را داشته باشد - کاهش آزردگی احساسات با بیان	نوشتن نامه سپاسگزاری به کسی که کاری برای او انجام داده است و یا به رسمیت شناختن و قدردانی از مردم برای چیزهای خوبی که در حال حاضر دارند، به آن‌ها کمک می‌کند تا زندگی خود را مثبت‌تر از قبل تصور کنند (25).
جلسه جهارم		-        ارتقای ذهنیت رشد	- نگارش داستان یا روزنامه در مورد افرادی که در اثر تلاش بر ضعف­های خود غلبه کرده‌اند. - بیان تجارب خود از دوستانی که باوجود ناتوانی به موفقیت رسیده‌اند.	افرادی که ذهنیت رشد دارند بیش‌تر از افراد دارای ذهنیت ثابت در جهت اصلاح راهبردها و یا افزایش مداومت و پشتکار گام برمی‌دارند (31).
جلسه پنجم		- آموزش اسنادی - مقاومت در مقابل درماندگی و شکست در مقابل مشکلات	- تشویق اسناد سازنده و مکان کنترل درونی برای مسئولیت‌پذیری و ارائه تکلیف در خصوص ارزش‌ها	با مراجعه به تجارب خود سعی نمایند افراد را ترغیب  به اسناد سازنده و داشتن حس عاملیت نمایند (22).
جلسه ششم		-        تکلیف ارزش­ها	-        بررسی تکلیف داده‌شده در خصوص ارزش­ها بیان و بحث از مهم‌ترین ارزش­ها و اولویت­های شخصی -        بیان تجاربی که در آن‌ها ارزش‌ها منبع مهمی از لذت و موفقیت بوده‌اند.	مشاهده تعارض بین ارزش­ها و رفتار سائقی برای  اصلاح رفتارها خواهد بود (32).

 

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری

همان‌گونه که اشاره شد، در این مطالعه دو سؤال پژوهشی مطرح بود. نخست این‌که چارچوب مفهومی پروتکل آموزشی مبتنی بر مداخلات روان‌شناسی خردمندانه برای کاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان بزهکار کدام است؟ و آیا بسته آموزشی طراحی‌شده بر این اساس دارای روایی هست؟ در ارتباط با سوال اول، این پژوهش سه مؤلفه‌ تقویت ذهنیت، ارزش‌های شخصی و نیاز به تعلق را به ‌عنوان مضامین فراگیر به دست آورد که این یافته با نتایج حاصل از پژوهش‌های پیشین همسو است. مداخلاتی با تغییر ذهنیت و تأکید بر یکپارچگی خود به نوجوان بزهکار کمک می‌کند تا در جهت ارزش­های مثبت شخصی خود و کنترل رفتارها در جهت دست‌یابی به آن ارزش­ها تلاش کند. تأکید بر مؤلفه‌های ارزش‌های شخصی به فرد کمک می‌نماید تا رفتار سازگارانه‌تری داشته باشد و در راستای حفظ یکپارچگی خود و کمک به بیان احساس و هم‌چنین، قدرشناسی، ارزش‌های خود را حفظ و حتی‌الامکان ارتقا دهد. از سوی دیگر، مداخلات خودتاییدی بر نیاز ما به انسجام درونی تأکید دارند و اظهار می­دارند که اگر احساس یکپارچگی خود فرد توسط تجارب او مورد تهدید واقع شود طیفی از مشکلات گوناگون شخصی و اجتماعی ایجاد می‌شود. بر اساس این یافته‌ها به نظر می‌رسد این بسته آموزشی کمک موثری در تنظیم رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه بویژه در نوجوانان داشته باشد. نظریه تایید خود این ایده را مطرح می‌کند که گاهی برخی تنش‌های محیطی، خواسته یا ناخواسته، یکپارچگی فرد را تهدید می‌کند و افراد ممکن است از مکانیسم‌های دفاعی برای محافظت از یکپارچگی خود استفاده کنند که می‌تواند مانع رشد شود. در مداخلات خودتأییدکننده، فرصت‌های موقعیتی کوتاهی برای فرد فراهم می‌شود تا وفاداری خود را به ارزش‌هایش نشان دهد؛ بنابراین، تقویت ذهنیت رشد در پروتکل حاضر می‌تواند به انسجام روانی و کسب حمایت اجتماعی کمک کند. علاوه بر این، تقویت ذهنیت فرد با تکیه‌ بر ذهنیت رشد باعث می‌شود که او در جهت حرکت در برابر رکود تلاش کند.  هم‌چنین، اسناد تطبیقی به فرد کمک می‌کند تا بر منابع درونی خود تأکید کند و از حداکثر منابع و امکانات برای تقویت ذهنیت خردمندانه استفاده کند. درنهایت، نیاز به تعلق به فرد کمک می‌کند تا انسجام درونی و حمایت اجتماعی را حفظ کند و در مواقع بحران از حمایت قابل‌اعتمادی برخوردار شود. 

    این پژوهش سه مضمون فراگیر که نقش روشنی در مداخلات روان‌شناختی عقلانی دارند و هشت مضمون سازمان‌دهنده که می‌توانند به‌خوبی در رابطه با مدیریت و کاهش مشکلات نوجوانان بزهکار مورد استفاده قرار گیرند و هم‌چنین، یک پروتکل در قالب شش جلسه را به دست آورده است. می‌توان گفت که این بسته علاوه بر کمک به غنای مداخلات روان‌شناختی خردمندانه، یک بسته علمی و دقیق است برای پیشگیری از مشکلات روانی نوجوانان بزهکار.  با توجه به کاربردی بودن و یکپارچگی مضامین سازمان‌دهنده حاصل از این پژوهش، پروتکل به‌دست‌آمده از ظرفیت مناسبی برای انجام مداخلات مؤثر برای گروه‌های در معرض آسیب‌های روانی اجتماعی برخوردار است زیرا این مداخله کوتاه‌مدت و دارای محتوای ساده و قابل‌استفاده از جمله در برنامه آموزشی کانون‌های اصلاح و تربیت کشور است.

    در پاسخ به سوال دوم، یافته‌ها از روایی بسته حمایت کرد.

 

پیشنهادها

در زمینه محدودیت‌های این پژوهش می‌توان بیان داشت که در حد دانش محقق در زمینه موضوع پژوهش‌ مقاله‌ای در ایران منتشر نشده بود. هم‌چنین، امکان دسترسی به بعضی از سایت‌های معتبر علمی خارج از کشور نیز به‌آسانی مقدور نبود.

    این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش کیفی تحلیل مضمون بود و از آن برای گروهی از مددجویان کانون اصلاح و تربیت استان فارس استفاده شد.  این نوع آموزش نه‌ تنها برای گروه‌های ریسک‌پذیر، بلکه برای دانش‌آموزان عادی نیز می‌تواند ظرفیت کاربرد پیشگیرانه داشته باشد. بنابراین توصیه می­شود که مشاوران و یا مربیان پرورشی مدارس بویژه مدارس حاشیه شهرها و یا مناطق پرآسیب از این نوع مداخله استفاده کنند و سپس، نتایج حاصل از آن را به‌صورت اقدام‌پژوهی مورد مطالعه قرار دهند.

با توجه به‌ضرورت بررسی عمیق‌تر این بسته آموزشی، انجام مطالعات بیش‌تر برای مقایسه اثربخشی آن با بسته‌های آموزشی موجود و متداول از جمله مهارت‌های کنترل هیجان به پژوهشگران آتی پیشنهاد می‌شود.  انجام پژوهش‌ی آزمایشی با استفاده از این بسته آموزشی برای تحکیم آن ارزشمند خواهد بود. 

 

ملاحظات اخلاقی پیروی از اصول اخلاق پژوهش

بسته آموزشی ذکر شده بنا به درخواست سرپرست واحد مشاوره دادگاه اطفال و نوجوان شیراز، برای مددجویان کانون اصلاح و تربیت استان فارس تهیه و به آنها آموزش داده شد. در این آموزش، ضمن محرمانه ماندن نام آن‌ها به عدم اجبار آنها به ادامه شرکت در دوره آموزشی تأکید شد تا در صورت عدم‌تمایل به دریافت آموزش‌ها انصراف خود را اعلام نمایند هم‌چنین، نسبت به دریافت کد اخلاق ازکمیته اخلاق زیستی دانشگاه شیراز اقدام شد. شماره کد اخلاق:
