Abstract :
The objective of this study was to elucidate the Islamic Revolution model for popularizing the economy, with an emphasis on the thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei. Accordingly, this research is developmental in purpose and qualitative in nature, employing content analysis as its methodology. The statistical population consisted of all statements relevant to the subject, published on the official website of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of His Works, spanning the years 2001 to 2024. Through purposive sampling, 105 instances were selected until data saturation was achieved. Data were analyzed using three-stage coding (open, axial, and selective), and the dimensions of the popularized economy model were identified through meta-synthesis. The results indicated that during the open coding phase, 241 propositions were extracted, addressing key issues such as public participation in economic decision-making, executive transparency, support for domestic production, and the development of underprivileged regions. In the axial coding phase, 35 main components were identified, including social justice, creating sustainable employment opportunities, and strengthening infrastructure. Finally, seven principal codes emerged as the core dimensions of the model: public participation in decision-making, balanced economic development, strengthening self-sufficiency and economic independence, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation, social justice and equitable wealth distribution, promoting Islamic culture and values, and environmental sustainability. This model, as an indigenous framework, highlights the dynamic interaction between the government and the populace, reinforcing active participation in economic policymaking. It establishes a platform for advancing social justice and achieving sustainable development.
