Abstract :
The interference of the elements of time and space or necessities in interaction with religion is a category that has long occupied the minds of religious scholars and has been proposed under different titles or references. This is related to concepts such as: finality, abrogation of laws, the degree of efficiency of reason, stability and change, tradition and modernity... To understand this meaning as much as possible, it is necessary to clarify some of the above-mentioned terms and clarify the scope of the interference of necessities in religion. The existence of an eternal thing called religion, especially the religion of Islam, based on the doctrine of the finality of the Holy Prophet of Islam9 is an undeniable truth. On the one hand, this matter reveals the concept of stability and permanence of religion, and on the other hand, it has the purpose of adapting to the changing life of humanity in its heart. In other words, only a religion that has the claim of finality must respond to both the constant and changing needs of humanity and adapt eternity to necessities.
