Abstract :

Optimism and social vitality are two key elements in the development and progress of societies, optimism refers to a process in which individuals and groups believe that they can create a better future for themselves and their society. This belief becomes the basis for social creativity and innovation, and in this way helps to strengthen sustainable development and lead to the creation of a society where all people feel that they can contribute to and benefit from progress and common prosperity and elimination of deprivation. Until now, in many researches, creativity and innovation were considered as a reason for social vitality, but the purpose of the present research is to investigate and measure the impact of social vitality on students' creativity and innovation. Data collection tool is a questionnaire and simple random sampling method. The sample size is calculated from the Cochran's formula that out of a total of 54,728 students, 386 were selected as the sample size. The results indicate that the social vitality variable has a 25% effect on social innovation and a 44% effect on creativity. Also, the creativity variable has a 47% effect on social innovation.
