Abstract :
The current research has measured the impact of the structural complexity of the supply chain on the financial performance of Saipa Automobile Group. In this way, interview method was used to understand the pattern of structural complexity of the supply chain in Saipa automotive industry after library studies. Further, to measure the impact of this complexity on the financial performance of Saipa Company, the data obtained from distributed questionnaires were used. The statistical population of this research is all the managers and employees of Saipa Automobile Group, which are 50,000 people. In the quantitative part (questionnaire), 384 people were first determined as the sample size based on Cochran's formula, and then by stratified random method among the statistical population. were selected. in the qualitative dimension, 17 experts of Saipa Automobile Group were selected purposefully. Qualitative data analysis was done using theme and experience analysis method and quantitative data analysis was done through structural equation method in Smart pls and SPSS software. The results of the research show the structural complexity of the supply chain in the three dimensions of supply, production and distribution, so production and supply components have a greater contribution to the complexity of the system. Also, this complexity is evident on the company's financial performance and its 4 main components, including return on assets, net profit, sales return rate, and sales growth
