Presenting a model of motivation for teachers of conservatories of the Ministry of Education in Lorestan province: A Mix method study

Abstract :
The aim of this study was designing a motivation model for teachers of conservatories of the Ministry of Education in Lorestan province. The method is in terms of goals applied. It is an exploratory (qualitative-quantitative) mix study in terms of data. The nature and type of qualitative part is an emerging grounded theory. Its quantitative dimension is a cross-sectional survey. The population of the qualitative part is the experts in the field of educational sciences and psychology. In the quantitative part, there were 700 teachers, including 375 women and 325 men. The purposeful informed sampling was a snowball, which reached theoretical saturation with 12 experts. In the quantitative part 248 people including133 women and115 men were selected based on Morgan's formula. The result was prepared in the form of a sheet and sent to the experts for selective coding and validation. Based on this, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed and distributed among the selected sample. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. In the end, 4 dimensions were identified for the model of motivation of teachers of conservatories of the Ministry of Education in Lorestan province. These dimensions, in the order of priority, include: spiritual, developmental, organizational, economic, which were counted in the form of 12 components and 83 indicators. The dimensions identified in a homogeneous structure support the model structures of a concept under the title of teacher motivation model of conservatories of the Ministry of Education of Lorestan province.
