The role and position of territorialization and border guarding of cyber space in exercising sovereignty over national cyberspace

Abstract :
With the increasing use of cyber technologies and equipment in people's personal and social lives, we are witnessing countries paying more attention to the phenomenon of national cyber territory with the aim of exercising sovereignty and preventing aliens from dominating the national cyber space. This research investigates the role and position of territorialization and border guarding of cyberspace in the exercise of sovereignty over national cyberspace by examining the literature related to sovereignty over territorial territory and how the principles and rules of international law related to national sovereignty are adapted to national cyberspace. According to the purpose, the current research is of developmental-applied type and the research method used in this research is descriptive-analytical, which has been used to collect information from library and internet sources, and it has been tried to get the necessary basics to explain the topic from up-to-date sources. be extracted internally and externally. After analyzing the information, the researchers concluded that territorialization and border guarding of the cyber space can play a significant role in exercising sovereignty over the national cyber space, and having the principles and rules of international law, legal pursuits and defense of the national cyber space requires the definition and declaration of the national cyber space. And it is an effective border guard of this space. In addition, the non-definition of the national territory and border in the cyberspace will not lead to the lawful behavior of private and government actors in a legal space.
