Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to foresight of network corruption in Iran's premier football league using the method of layered analysis of causes. The research community included experts, professors of sports management, policy makers and managers of sports organizations who are proficient in the subject. In the qualitative part of the snowball sampling method, theoretical saturation was achieved with 18 experts. The research method in the qualitative part of thematic analysis was based on the method of layered analysis of causes, after identifying the factors using the researcher-made questionnaire design of importance, uncertainty, the scenarios were identified using the Detour method. Based on the findings, a total of four scenarios were obtained, which are called Mission Impossible, Desperate Situation, Godfather, and Secret Mission scenarios. The mission impossible scenario is the favorable scenario and the secret mission is the pessimistic scenario. The key variables that played a major role in the composition of the scenarios include: focus on financial structures, existence of supervisors with executive power, judicial body in an appropriate manner and with a transparent and healthy mechanism, necessary mechanism to prevent late proceedings, clarification and informing the people of processes, reflecting the facts through the media, the existence of an integrated talent search system, up-to-date rules and guidelines, separate and independent disciplinary and judicial bodies, paying appropriate amounts to players, implementing meritocracy, increasing the synergy of the institutions, supporting policymakers And there were general and specialized trainings.
