Analysis of Factors Affecting Organizational Excellence Management in order to evaluate the Performance of Public Schools

Abstract :
Background and Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting organizational excellence management in order to evaluate the performance of public schools. Methodology: To achieve this goal, the qualitative research approach and data method of the foundation have been used. The statistical population of the study included professors, elites and experts of the Educational Research and Planning Organization, from which 11 people were selected using the saturation principle as a sample and selected by a purposeful method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data, the validity and reliability of which were investigated using in-text method and the use of two codings. Data analysis has been done with open, axial and selective coding methods based on the data theory of the foundation. Results: The results showed that the dimensions and components of organizational excellence in public schools included 76 concepts in 19 more abstract categories, which are: causal conditions including two categories (managerial, organizational), contextual conditions including four categories (strategic planning, structural planning). , Education and development of culture of excellence and factors of compensation for services and rewards materially and spiritually), intervention conditions including four categories (documents, systems and information technology, skills and capabilities and organizational culture), strategies including five categories (social phenomena) (Society conditions), economic phenomena, political phenomena, structural and process dimensions) and consequences include four categories (increasing community and employee satisfaction, familiarity with new concepts and capabilities, reducing costs and streamlining processes).
