Finally, 36 researches were selected and analyzed with CAM software. The results of the research showed that a total of 34 variables have been investigated with soft skills in different researches. Among these variables, the three variables of lifelong learning, long-term perspective, and critical thinking have had the greatest impact on soft skills. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the effect size between lifelong learning and soft skills is high with 0.55 and the combined effect size of long-term perspective and soft skills is in the middle with 0.49.
