Requirements of Passive defense in metro station with using the Delphi technique

Abstract :
The integrated concept that includes both defense and civil defense are operating. The effect of war, a heavy human and material damage and damage to the country's cities that using passive defense measures and methods before the war, the possibility of reducing vulnerability there. As one of the critical urban railway constructions and also can be applied in times of crisis and the threat of a safe place for refugees to be resettled. Standards of safety and protection against threats can attribute defense approach to building the subway. That is why the purpose of this study was to obtain the required architectural design with passive defense approach is the metro station. The research is descriptive and analytical methods and techniques are used in Delphi. The study consisted of all defense experts and architecture, of which 6 samples were selected. The results indicate that the architectural requirements in terms of passive defense in 4 categories including design requirements, access and location requirements, management requirements and facility requirements are classified. The panel members from among multiple criteria into 11 sub-criteria were the most points so that items "Versatility Metro that the typical user safe haven in times of crisis and in normal circumstances have the" first criterion with the highest average and with Agree 100% of the experts are of the utmost importance and the item "Use of floor surfaces and walls white or gloss to enhance the lighting of the lamp luminescent low energy" with the lowest average and with the approval of 60 percent of the experts, the least important From the perspective of the defense experts.
