They completed two self-report instruments: Illinois Bullying Scale and Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire. The reliability coefficient in three different methods: cornbach alpha, test-retest and split-half those were .89, .72 and .73 respectively. The concurrent validity of the scale as measured by the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire was .47 (p<.01). subscale-total correlation coefficients, as another index of validity were between .45 to .79. Factor analysis of the scale using varimax rotation showed 3 factors called Bully, Fight and Victim which covered over the 61 percent of the total variance. The scale is a contribution towards measuring bullying and victimization in Iranian students.
