Abstract :
Background and purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the preventive education and skills program perils of perfection on dyadic perfectionism and relationship quality in engaged couples of Ramhormoz city.
Methods: The study was conducted in a quasi-experimental design with pretest, posttest, and follow-up with control group in 2023 year. The population of this study included all engaged couples of Ramhormoz city in 2023 year, that 30 engaged couple among these couples were selected using voluntary sampling method and score of one standard deviation higher than of mean in dyadic perfectionism scale and inclusive and exclude criteria to research, and were assigned randomly to experimental (15 couples) and control (15 couples) groups. Subjects in the experimental group participated in eight ninety-minute weekly sessions of the preventive education and skills program perils of perfection on dyadic perfectionism based on Atkins method, and subjects the control group received training about marriage issues only one session, and both groups were assessed in three stages (pre-test, post-test and 45-day follow-up) using Dyadic Perfectionism Scale of Xia et al., and Fletcher's Marital Life Dimensions Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance statistical method (mixed) and SPSS-22 Statistical Software Package for social science.
Findings: The results showed that the education program and preventive skills of the dangers of perfectionism did not lead to the reduction of perfectionism in couple relationships in the experimental group compared to the control group, but this education method improved the quality of the relationships of couples in the experimental group compared to the control group from pre-test to post-test and followed-up.
Conclusion: The education program and preventive skills of the dangers of perfectionism can be used as a useful and suitable program for education before marriage and especially for improving the quality of the couple's relationship.

Extended Abstract
Introduction
One of the most promising and promising perspectives that can be used to examine the level of marital satisfaction and divorce messages is premarital education; because the evidence shows that its effectiveness is still increasing (1). Premarital education is a skill and knowledge based on education that provides information to improve and maintain the relationships of individuals and couples, among the most important topics of these programs are relationship education, conflict resolution, commitment and management of expectations (2). Before marriage, people have expectations based on standards, mental hypotheses, and predetermined frameworks of couples' behaviors and roles, which may or may not be based on reality. Various issues affect premarital relationships. Many of these issues can cause disruption in subsequent marital functioning, which is an effective way to address these issues using a preventive approach (3). Preventive relationship interventions have been proposed as a solution for serious issues of marital dysfunction (4). Preventive intervention approaches have been considered for people in committed relationships, including married or intending couples and cohabiting couples (5). One of these preventive intervention programs is the preventive education program on the dangers of perfectionism, which aims to prevent negative consequences in the future relationships of couples, including interpersonal dysfunction. This program is based on other preventive relationship intervention programs and couples are suggested to improve their relationships before significant problems arise in the relationship and this goal is achieved through education and skill training on the interpersonal influence of perfectionism (6).
Premarital education for individuals and families is considered an important prevention tool to avoid divorce costs. Experts in different fields have recognized the potential and positive effects of premarital education for individuals, families, couples and society (7).
During the period of marriage, the quality of couples' relationships is established as a foundation for the next stages of life (9). The evolution and growth of a person's personality depends on the quantity and quality of his relationships, and intimate relationships are actually a therapeutic relationship that can be a support platform and shelter for a person in dealing with the real difficulties of life (10). Research in relationships between couples helps to clearly define the structure in which couples' relationships flow. One of the components of couples' relationships is the quality of their relationships, which plays a very important role in the quality of family relationships and life (11).
In fact, the quality of a couple's relationship is influenced by various factors. According to researchers, one of these factors is maintaining standards in couples' relationships, which is related to the low quality of the relationship (13). Relationship standards are not inherently dysfunctional, but when they are extreme, rigid, or limiting aspects of one's life, perfectionism develops and becomes problematic for relationships (14). Perfectionism is setting very high standards for performance, which is always accompanied by a tendency to provide highly critical self-evaluations (15).
Couple perfectionism is derived from interpersonal perfectionism and is a relatively new addition to couples research. This structure includes the adaptive or adjustment or maladaptive or non-adjustment interpersonal perfectionism attitudes that life partners have about each other (18). Compatible or adaptive marital perfectionism has high performance expectations from the spouse, and incompatible or maladaptive marital perfectionism, in addition to such expectations, believes that his spouse does not consistently meet these high expectations (19). Therefore, couple perfectionism; that is, perfectionism in couple relationships focused on two members of a dyad—which is an important topic in research on perfectionism and romantic relationships (20), and includes three components as follows: 1) order: judgments by a partner who is an orderly person, 2) high standards: setting high performance expectations, such as high expectations from the spouse, and 3) discrepancy: the difference between the ideal standards expected from the partner and the actual perception of the partner's performance (20).
Considering the problems in the married life, both during the acquaintance period and during the marriage period, and the official statistics of divorce and the lack of familiarity of the parties with each other, this study aims to familiarize the couples with each other regarding the criteria and standards of life and improve the quality of the relationship and insight and awareness before marriage was done to prevent the problems of couples.

Material and Methods
The current study was a semi-experimental study of pre-test, post-test and follow-up designs with a control group. 30 engaged couples of Ramhormoz city were selected using voluntary sampling method. In order to select the sample, in the first stage, with legal permits, was referred to the family unit of the pre-marriage counseling center of Ramhormoz health network and collected the information of all the couples who got engaged in the second six months of 2022 and the second six months of 2023 were invited by the research team to participate in the research by phone and SMS. In the next stage, among the couples who were readiness, the test was conducted and 30 couples who showed a score of one standard deviation higher than the mean in the dyadic relationships perfectionism scale (achieving the maximum score of non-adaptive couple perfectionism) and based on the criteria for entering the research were selected using voluntary sampling method. From these 30 selected couples, 15 couples were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 couples were randomly assigned to the control group. The couples of the experimental group participated in eight ninety-minute sessions once a week for two months in the education program to prevent the dangers of perfectionism, and the control group participants participated only in a session about the dangers of dyadic perfectionism in later life.
Instrument
Dyadic Perfectionism Scale. This scale was developed by Xia et al. in 2006 and includes 26 items and 3 factors. The items in this scale ask participants to answer questions about their expectations of their spouse. The items of this scale are scored on a seven-point Likert scale (strongly disagree = 1 to strongly agree = 7), and the range of scores for this the scale is between 26 and 182 (28).
The Perceived Relationship Quality Components Inventory (PRQC). The perceived relationship quality components were developed by Fletcher et al. in 2000 and have 18 items and six components of relationship quality (relationship satisfaction, commitment, intimacy, trust, sexual excitement and love). These items are scored on a 7-point Likert scale from (not at all = 1 to completely = 7), and the range of scores for this the scale is between 18 and 126 (31).
Protocol of therapy
The protocol of therapy of the preventive education program on perfectionism dangers for couples has been designed. This education was performed in the form of eight ninety-minute sessions and weekly for couples (7).
Data Analysis Method
In this research, was used of repeated measures analysis of variance (mixed method) for investigation of data, and the statistical software package for social sciences (SPSS-22).
Findings
The observed F ratio of the groups factor in the dyadic relations perfectionism variable in couple relationships is not significant (F = 3.71, p = 0.064). This finding shows that the education program and preventive skills of the dangers of perfectionism on the reduction of in dyadic relationships perfectionism (the mean of the experiment group: 128.76 and the mean of the control group: 136.23), has not been able to reduce perfectionism in couple relationships in the group under the educational intervention. Also, the observed F ratio of the groups factor in the relationship quality variable is significant at the p < 0.001 level (F = 20.39). These finding shows that the education program and preventive skills of the dangers of perfectionism improved of relationship quality variable under educational intervention group compared to the control group.
The F ratio observed within-subjects in the three stages of the experimental intervention in the dyadic perfectionism variable (F = 3.90) is significant at the statistical level of p < 0.048. This finding shows that there is a significant difference between the three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up in reducing the couple's perfectionism variable.
Another finding showed that the F ratio observed within-subjects in the experimental intervention stages on the improvement of relationship quality (F = 4.06) is significant at the statistical level of p < 0.037. This finding indicates that there is a significant difference between the three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up in the relationship quality variable.
Discussion
This research was conducted with the aim of the effect of the education program and preventive skills of the dangers of perfectionism on dyadic perfectionism and the quality of the couple's relationship during mereged. The first finding of the research indicateded that the education program and preventive skills of the dangers of dyadic perfectionism were not effective in reducing couple perfectionism; That is, the difference is not enough to have a positive effect in reducing expectations and high standards in the participants of the experimental group. The results of this finding are not consistent with previous researches. These studies have shown that the education program and preventive skills of perfectionism risks have caused the adjustment of dyadic perfectionistic expectations (7, 35, 36). A significant finding in the participants of the experimental group was that their perfectionism scores decreased about 27 points from the pre-test stage to the follow-up stage, which shows the effect of this type of education in this group and even the maintence of this type of education can be seen. Even though they did not have a difference in the couple's perfectionism variable with the control group.
The results of the second finding of this research indicated that the education program and preventive skills of the dangers of dyadic perfectionism have been effective in improving the communication quality of mereged couples; That is, the communication quality of couples increased under the educational intervention, and also the researches that have been conducted in this field confirm this finding (7, 35, 36). Because couple perfectionism relates both partners, dyadic perfectionism can have two effects: Actor (complainant) effects and partner effects. Actor effects are effects in which the variable measured in one member of the partner has an effect on the other variable measured in the same member of the partner; That is, the actor himself.

تاریخ دریافت: 23/03/1403 تاریخ داوری: 25/06/1403 تاریخ پذیرش: 25/06/1403 | چکیده زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر برنامه آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی بر کمالگرایی زوجی و کیفیت رابطه زوج های عقدکرده شهرستان رامهرمز انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش در يک طرح نیمهآزمايشي با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه كنترل در سال 1402 انجام شد. جامعه این پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجهای عقد کرده شهرستان رامهرمز بود که از این جامعه 30 زوج که نمرهی آنها در مقیاس کمال گرایی در روابط زوجی یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین بود، بر اساس ملاکهای ورود و خروج از پژوهش به روش داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 زوج) و کنترل (15زوج) قرار گرفتند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه نود دقیقهای به صورت يک جلسه در هفته تحت برنامه آموزش پیش از ازدواج به روش اتکینز قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل فقط در یک جلسه در مورد موضوعات مرتبط با ازدواج آموزش دیدند. سپس هر دو گروه در سه مرحلهی پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با استفاده از مقیاس کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی شیا و همکاران و سیاهه کیفیت اَبعاد زندگی زناشویی فلچر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واريانس با اندازهگیریهای تکراری (آمیخته) در نرمافزار 22-SPSS تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی منجر به کاهش کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل نشده است، اما این روش آموزشی باعث بهبود کیفیت روابط زوجین گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل از مرحله پیشآزمون به پسآزمون و پیگیری شده است. نتیجهگیری: برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی میتواند به عنوان یک برنامه مفید و مناسب برای آموزش قبل از ازدواج و به ویژه برای بهبود کیفیت رابطه زوجین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. |

مقدمه
یکی از کارهایی که مشاوران ازدواج میتوانند برای ارتقا و بهبود رضایت و کیفیت زناشویی در مرحله قبل از ازدواج انجام دهند و باعث کمتر شدن اختلافهای بین زوجین میشود، آموزش پیش از ازدواج است؛ زیرا شواهد نشان میدهد اثربخشی آن همچنان رو به افزایش است (1). آموزش پیش از ازدواج، یک نوع مهارت و آگاهی برای بهبود و حفظ روابط افراد و زوجین است. از جمله مهمترین موضوعهای این آموزش، آموزش ارتباط، حل تعارض، تعهد و مدیریت انتظارات میباشند (2). افراد پیش از ازدواج بر اساس استانداردها، فرضیههای ذهنی و چارچوبهای از پیش تعیین شده انتظاراتی از رفتارها و نقشهای زوجین دارند که ممکن است مبتنی بر واقعیت باشد یا نباشد. مسائل مختلفی بر روابط زوجی پیش از ازدواج تأثیر دارند که بسیاری از این مسائل میتوانند باعث اختلال در عملکرد زناشویی بعدی شوند که استفاده از رویکرد پیشگیرانه روشی مؤثر برای رسیدگی به این مسائل است (3). مداخلات پیشگیرانه روابط1 به عنوان راهحلی برای مسائل جدّی اختلال عملکرد زناشویی پیشنهاد شده است (4). رویکردهای مداخلات پیشگیرانه برای افراد دارای روابط متعهدانه، از جمله زوجهایی که ازدواج کردهاند یا قصد ازدواج دارند و زوجهایی که با هم زندگی میکنند در نظر گرفته شدهاند (5). یکی از این برنامههای مداخلات پیشگیرانه، برنامه آموزش پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی2 است که هدف آن جلوگیری از پیامدهای منفی در روابط آینده زوجین، از جمله اختلال در عملکرد بینفردی است. این برنامه مانند دیگر برنامههای مداخله پیشگیرانه بر اساس روابط است و به زوجها پیشنهاد میدهد تا روابط خود را بهبود بخشند، پیش از آنکه مشکلات قابلتوجهی در رابطه ایجاد شود و این هدف از طریق آموزش و مهارتآموزی کمالگرایی بینفردی انجام می شود (6). متخصصان علوم اجتماعی و مشاوران ازدواج نیز اثرات بالقوه و مثبت آموزش پیش از ازدواج را برای افراد، خانوادهها، زوجین و جامعه به عنوان یک ابزار پیشگیری مهم برای دوری از هزینههای جدایی و طلاق تشخیص دادهاند (7).
مرحله عقد3 یک مرحله بعد از دوره آشنایی و نامزدی است که در لغت به معنای بستن، گره بستن، تحکیم پیمان و عهد بستن است. از نظر اکثر مردم، دوره عقد دورهای است که با عقد ازدواج شروع میشود و با ورود به زندگی مشترک خاتمه مییابد. وقتی کسی تن به عقد ازدواج میدهد، اغلب به این معناست که تصمیم راسخ خود را در این باره گرفته است (8). پژوهشگران ازدواج بر این باورند که در دورهی عقد، کیفیت روابط4 زوجها یا همسران برای ورود به مراحل بعدی زندگی پایهریزی میشود (9). در واقع، تکامل و رشد شخصـیت انسـان بـه کم و کیف روابط او بسـتگی دارد و روابـط صـمیمانه به ویژه در میان زوجین میتواند سـکوی حمایتی و پناهگاه انسان در مقابله با دشواریهای واقعی زندگی باشد (10). پژوهش در روابط بین زوجها به تعریف روشنی از ساختاری که روابط زوجها در آن جریان دارد کمک میکند. یکـی از مؤلفههای روابط زوجها کیفّت روابط آنها است که نقش بسیار مهمی در کیفیت روابط خانوادگی و زندگی دارد (11). کیفیت روابط زوجها شامل اَبعاد مختلفی مانند سازگاری، میزان رضایت، نشاط، عهد و پیمان استوار است. میزان رضایتمندی بالا از روابط، داشتن نگاه و بینشهای خوشبینانه به همسر، عدم بدبینی و رفتارهای تخربگرایانه نشان میدهد که کیفیت روابط زناشویی زوجها مطلوب است. کیفیت روابط زوجها یکی از پیشبینهای مهم طولانی بودن زندگی زناشویی است. سلامت روان5، احساس رفاه، کامیابی، شادی و نشاط با رضایتمندی زوجی هممعنی است. بنابراین، کیفیت روابط زناشویی مترادف با رضایتمندی از زندگی زناشویی تعریف میشود (12).
در حقیقت، کیفیت روابط زوجین تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی است. طبق نظر پژوهشگران یکی از این عوامل نگاهداشتن استانداردها در روابط زوجین است که با کیفیت پایین رابطه در ارتباط است (13). استانداردهای رابطه به طور طبیعی ناکارآمد نیستند، امّا وقتی که افراطی و سفتوسخت باشند یا جنبههایی از زندگی شخصی را محدود کنند، کمالگرایی6 شکل میگیرد و برای روابط مشکلساز میشود (14). کمالگرایی قرار دادن استانداردهای بسیار بالا برای عملکرد است که همواره با گرایش به ارائه ارزیابیهای بسیار انتقادی از خود همراه است (15).
یافتهها نشان میدهند روابط تحتتأثیر کمالگرایی قرار می گیرد (16). به طور سنتی، کمالگرایی بهعنوان یک سازه تکبُعدی و همراه با پیامدهای درونفردی منفی7 مانند افسردگی و اضطراب تعریف شده است. بنابراین، پژوهشهای جدیدتر بیشتر بر تجربهی بینفردی8 کمالگرایی متمرکز شدهاند، این پژوهشها بر دو بُعد اساسی کمالگرایی یعنی، کمالگرایی سازگارانه یا انطباقی9 و کمالگرایی ناسازگارانه یا غیرانطباقی10 تأکید میکنند (17). کمالگرایی زوجی11 از کمالگرایی بینفردی مشتق شده و یک افزودهی نسبتاً جدید تحقیقی به زوجین است. این سازه نگرشهای کمالگرایی بینفردی سازگارانه یا انطباقی و ناسازگارانه یا غیر انطباقی که شرکای زندگی در مورد هم دارند را در برمیگیرد (18). کمالگرایی زوجی سازگارانه یا انطباقی از همسر انتظارات عملکرد بالایی دارد و کمالگرایی زوجی ناسازگارانه یا غیرانطباقی علاوه بر چنین انتظاری، بر این باور است که همسر بهطور مداوم این انتظارات بالا را برآورده نمیکند (19). بنابراین، کمالگرایی زوجی یعنی، کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی متمرکز بر دو عضو از یک جفت است که یک موضوع مهم در پژوهش در زمینهی کمالگرایی و روابط رمانتیک است و شامل سه مؤلفه به این شرح است: 1) نظم: قضاوتهایی توسط یک شریک که فردی منظم و مرتب است، 2) استانداردهای بالا: تنظیم بالای انتظارات عملکردی مانند انتظارات بالا از همسر و 3) عدمتوافق: اختلاف بین استانداردهای آرمانی مورد انتظار از شریک و درک واقعی عملکرد شریک (20). در این رابطه تحقیقات مختلفی در دوره آشنایی یا نامزدی توسط پژوهشگران در خصوص برنامههای آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری (21)، برنامه آگاهی و انتخابهای بینفردی ون آپ (22، 23، 24) و برنامه آموزش ارتباط (25، 26، 27) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند.
با توجه به مشکلات موجود در مسیر زندگی زناشویی چه در دوره آشنایی و چه در دوره عقد و آمارهای رسمی طلاق و عدمآشنایی طرفین نسبت به یکدیگر، این مطالعه با هدف آشنایی زوجین نسبت به یکدیگر در خصوص معیارها و استانداردهای زندگی و بهبود کیفیت رابطه و بینش و آگاهی قبل از ازدواج برای پیشگیری از مشکلات زوجین انجام گردید. در حقیقت، این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی تأثیر برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی بر کمالگرایی زوجی و کیفیت رابطه در دوران عقد بود.
مواد و روشها
جامعه، نمونه و روش نمونهگیری
این پژوهش یک پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی از نوع طرحهای پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعهی این پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین عقد کرده در شش ماهه دوم سال 1401 بود. برای انتخاب نمونه، در مرحلهی اول با در دست داشتن مجوزهای قانونی به واحد خانواده مرکز مشاوره پیش از ازدواج شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان رامهرمز مراجعه شد و اطّلاعات تمام زوجهایی که در شش ماهه دوم سال 1401 و شش ماهه اوّل 1402 به عقد هم درآمده بودند، دریافت شد و سپس با هماهنگی این مرکز و دریافت شماره تلفن این زوجین و تماس تلفنی با آنها برای شرکت در یک کارگاه آموزش پیشگیری از کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی از آنها دعوت به عمل آمد. در مرحلهی بعد، از میان زوجهایی که اعلام آمادگی کردند، آزمون به عمل آمد و 30 زوج که در مقیاس کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی نمره یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین (کسب حدنصاب نمره کمالگرایی زوجی ناسازگار یا غیرانطباقی) را نشان دادند و بر اساس ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش، ازجمله 1) دامنه سنی ۱۸ تا ۳۰ سال، 2) سپری شدن بیش از 4 تا 15 ماه از تاریخ عقد، 3) عدمشرکت در کارگاهها و کلاسهای پیش از ازدواج، 4) تحصیلات دیپلم به بالا، 5) نداشتن سابقهی اختلالهای روانی از طریق مصاحبه بالینی بر اساس 5DSM-، 6) نداشتن سابقهی نامزدی یا ازدواج قبلی و 7) تمایل به حضور در جلسات، به روش نمونهگیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. از این 30 زوج انتخاب شده، 15 زوج بهطور تصادفی به گروه آزمایش و 15 زوج بهطور تصادفی به گروه کنترل اختصاص یافتند. زوجین گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه نود دقیقهای و هفتهای یکبار در یک بازه زمانی سه ماه از مهرماه تا آذرماه 1402در برنامه آموزش پیشگیری از خطرات کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی شرکت کردند و شرکتکنندگان گروه کنترل در یک جلسهی آموزشی در مورد خطرات کمالگرایی زوجی در زندگی بعدی حضور یافتند. همچنین، از هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری (۴۵ روزه) در متغیرهای کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی و کیفیت رابطه به عنوان متغیرهای وابسته آزمون به عمل آمد.
ابزار اندازهگیری
در اين پژوهش از دو ابزار برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شد:
مقیاس کمالگرایی زوجی12. این مقیاس توسط شیا و همکاران در سال 2006 ساخته شده و شامل 26 ماده و 3 عامل اختلاف13 (مادههای 1 تا 16)، استانداردهای بالا14 (مادههای 17 تا 22) و نظم15 (مادههای 23 تا 26)، است. مادههای این مقیاس از شرکتکنندهها میخواهد که به سؤالهایی در رابطه با انتظاراتشان از همسرشان پاسخ دهند؛ برای مثال «عملکرد همسرم به ندرت با استانداردهای من برابری میکند». همچنین، مادههای این مقیاس در یک طیف لیکرت هفت درجهای نمرهگذاری میشوند (کاملاً مخالفم = 1، مخالفم = 2، تاحدودی مخالفم = 3، نظری ندارم = 4، تاحدودی موافقم = 5، موافقم = 6، کاملاً موافقم = 7)، و دامنه نمرههای این مقیاس بین 26 و 182 است که نمره بیشتر نشان دهنده کمالگرایی بیشتر است (28). در مطالعهای با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مدل سه عاملی نظم، استاندارد بالا و اختلاف مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (19). در مطالعات جداگانه ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ خردهمقیاسهای نظم، اختلاف و استانداردهای کمالگرایی زوجی با میزان بالاتر از 70/0 = α گزارش شدهاند (29، 30، 19).
سیاهه مؤلفههای کیفیت رابطه16. سیاهه مؤلفههای کیفیت رابطه توسط فلچر و همکاران در سال 2000 تهیه شده و دارای 18 ماده و شش مؤلفه کیفیت رابطه (رضایت رابطه، تعهّد، صمیمیت، اعتماد، شور و هیجان جنسی و عشق) است. این مادهها بر اساس یک طیف لیکرت ۷ رتبهای از (اصلاً = ۱ تا کاملاً = ۷) تنظیم شده که در آن پایینترین نمره ۱۸ و بالاترین نمره ۱۲۶ است و نمرات کمتر نشاندهندهی کیفیت پایینتر و نمرات بالاتر نشاندهندهی کیفیت بهتر رابطه زناشویی در مؤلفههای مختلف است (31). در مطالعهای ضرایب روایی همزمان این سیاهه با مقیاسهای صمیمیت و سازگاری زناشویی به صورت مثبت و با شاخص بیثباتی ازدواج به صورت منفی معنادار گزارش شده است (001/0 > P) و در همین مطالعه مدل شش عاملی سیاهه مؤلفههای کیفیت رابطه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است (33). در مطالعات مختلف ضرایب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ کل سیاهه و مؤلفههای ششگانه کیفیت رابطه از 74/0 تا 95/0 گزارش شده است (31، 32، 33).
روند اجرای پژوهش
در این پژوهش برای انتخاب نمونهی مورد هدف و با مجوز دفتر ارتباط با صنعت دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز به واحد خانواده مرکز مشاوره پیش از ازدواج شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان رامهرمز مراجعه شد و اطلاعات تمام زوجینی که در ششماهه دوم سال 1401 به عقد هم درآمده بودند دریافت و سپس از طریق تلفن و ارسال پیامک برای شرکت در پژوهش با مضمون برنامه آموزشی بهبود کیفیت رابطه زناشویی از آنها دعوت به عمل آمد. همچنین، اطلاعیهای هم در مورد برنامه آموزش بهبود کیفیت رابطه در این مرکز با این محوریت نصب شد. در مرحله بعد، از میان زوجهایی که اعلام آمادگی کردند، آزمون به عمل آمد و 30 زوجی را که در مقیاس کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی نمره یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین (کسب حد نصاب نمره کمالگرایی زوجی ناسازگار یا غیرانطباقی) کسب کردند، بر اساس ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش که پیش از این گفته شد، به روش نمونهگیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به صورت قرعهکشی تصادفي 15 نفر از آنان به گروه آزمايش و 15 نفر به گروه كنترل اختصاص يافتند. در این مرحله مصاحبهای 35 دقیقهای در مورد هدف کار و شیوه تشکیل جلسات آموزشی به صورت گروهی برای شرکتکنندگان داوطلب به عمل آمد. در این پژوهش برنامه آموزش پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی (در مورد تعداد و محتوای جلسات به جدول 1 مراجعه کنید) در هشت جلسهی نوددقیقهای به صورت يک جلسه در هفته بر روی زوجهای گروه آزمايش در روزهای جمعه در ساعت 15 تا 30/16دقیقه بعدازظهر از هفته اوّل مهرماه تا نیمه اول آذرماه 1402 و مرحله پیگیری در دیماه توسط نویسندگان اوّل و دوم این مقاله که آموزشهای لازم را برای برگزاری این جلسات دیده بودند اجرا شد و زوجهای شرکتکننده گروه كنترل آموزشي را دريافت نکردند و فقط در يک جلسه در مورد راههای بهبود کیفیت رابطه زناشویی و موضوعات آن شرکت کردند. همچنین، تمام زوجها در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری (45 ماه بعد) در مقیاس کمالگرایی زوجی و پرسشنامه کیفیت اَبعاد رابطه زناشویی موردسنجش و ارزيابي قرار گرفتند.
در این پژوهش، اطّلاعاتی در مورد هدف، مدت زمان و مراحل پژوهش، حق انصراف از شركت در پژوهش، محرمانه بودن اطّلاعات و فرصتي برای طرح سؤال و دريافت پاسخ برای زوجها بر اساس دستورالعملهای اخلاق پژوهش انجمن روانشناسان آمریکا فراهم شد و شرکتکنندگان بهصورت ارادی و با رضايت آگاهانه در پژوهش شركت کردند؛ نتايج پژوهش بهصورت دقیق و به دور از هرگونه دستكاری گزارش شده است؛ اطّلاعات شركت كنندگان بهصورت محرمانه حفظ شد و جلسات آموزشي توسط دانشجو و استاد راهنما كه در اين برنامه دارای تخصص و و آموزش لازم بودند، اجرا گردید.
صورت جلسات برنامه آموزش پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی برای زوجها تدوین و طراحی گردیده است. این آموزش در قالب هشت جلسه نود دقیقهای و بهصورت هفتگی برای زوجها اجرا شد (7).

روش تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها
در اين پژوهش برای بررسي دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل واريانس با اندازهگیریهای تکراری (آمیخته) با رعايت مفروضههایی مانند آزمون کرویت موشلی1، M باکس2، آزمون کرویت بارتلت3 و همگنی واریانس لون4 و بستهی نرمافزار آماری برای علوم اجتماعي (SPSS-22) استفاده گرديد.
نتایج
در این مطالعه میانگین و انحراف سن آزمودنیهای گروه های آزمایش 53/24 و 44/3 (با دامنه سنی 19 تا 30 سال) و کنترل 80/23 و 25/3 (با دامنه سنی بین 18 تا 29 سال) به دست آمده است.

همانگونه که در جدول 2 ملاحظه میشود، میانگین نمرات متغیر کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل، از پیشآزمون (30/139) به پسآزمون (40/129) و پیگیری (60/117) کاهش و میانگین نمرات متغیر کیفیت رابطه گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل، از پیشآزمون (10/75) به پسآزمون (60/90) و پیگیری (40/82) افزایش یافته است.
مفروضههای زيربنايي تحليل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری، از جمله آزمون همگني واريانسهای لون1 در متغیرهای کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی در سه مرحله پیشآزمون (01/0 = F، 903/0 = P)، پسآزمون (22/3 = F، 083/0 = P) و پیگیری (02/2 = F، 165/0 = P) و کیفیت رابطه در سه مرحله پیشآزمون (28/1= F، 267/0 = P)، پسآزمون (91/4 = F، 035/0 < P) و پیگیری (29/3 = F، 080/0 = P) حاکی از برابری واریانس گروههای آزموزش و کنترل است؛ مفروضه دوم، یعنی آزمون برابری ماتریسهای کوواریانس اُمباکس (91/91 = Boxes M، 52/13 = F، 001/0 > P) و آزمون کرویت موشلی2 (60/25= 2χ، 38/0 = Mauchlys، 001/0 < P) در متغیر کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی و آزمون برابری ماتریسهای کوواریانس اُمباکس (65/29= Boxes M، 36/4 = F، 001/0 > P) و آزمون کرویت موشلی (27/14 =χ2، 58/0 = Mauchlys، 003/0 < P) در متغیر کیفیت رابطه در میان گروهها نشان میدهند که ماتریس کوواریانس میان گروهها برابر نیستند و برای تحلیل این متغیر از آزمون محافظهکارانه گریس هاوس-کیزر3 استفاده گردید (34).
همانگونه که در جدول 3 مشاهده میشود، نسبت F مشاهدهشدهی عامل گروهها در متغیر کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی معنادار نیست (71/3 = F، 064/0 = P). این یافته نشان میدهد که برنامه آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی بر کاهش کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی (میانگین گروه آموزش: 76/128و میانگین گروه کنترل: 23/136)، نتوانسته است کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی را در گروه مورد مداخله آموزشی تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. همچنین، نسبت F مشاهدهشدهی عامل گروهها در متغیر کیفیت رابطه در سطح 001/0 < P معنادار است (39/20 = F). این یافته نشان میدهد که برنامه آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی باعث بهبود متغیر کیفیت رابطه در گروه مورد مداخله آموزشی نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است (به جدول 4 در مورد آزمون پیگیری مقایسه جفتی بنفرونی مراجعه کنید).
همانگونه که در جدول 4 ملاحظه میشود، بین گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل در متغیر کیفیت رابطه تفاوت دیده میشود که این تفاوت بیانگر این است که برنامه آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی توانسته است متغیر کیفیت رابطه را در شرکت کنندگان گروه آموزشی بهبود و ارتقاء دهد (میانگین گروه آزمایش: 62/84 در برابر میانگین گروه کنترل: 54/68).

همانگونه که در جدول 5 مشاهده میشود، نسبت F مشاهدهشده درونآزمودنیها در مراحل سهگانه مداخلهی آزمایشی در متغیر کمالگرایی زوجی (39/34 = F) در سطح آماری 001/0 P < معنادار است. این یافته نشان میدهد که بین مراحل سهگانه پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در کاهش متغیر کمالگرایی زوجی تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد. در این مورد، یک تحلیل واریانس جداگانه با اندازهگیریهای تکراری برای گروه برنامه آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی در سه مرحله مداخله آزمایشی صورت گرفت. مقدار F مشاهدهشده درون آزمودنیها در سه مرحلهی پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در آموزش پیش از ازدواج 08/3 در سطح 090/0 = P معنیدار نبود، اما با آزمون مقایسه جفتی بنفرونی فقط مشاهده شد که بین مراحل پیشآزمون و پیگیری (70/21 = 60/117 – 30/139) در سطح 001/0 > P تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد، اما بین مراحل پیشآزمون و پسآزمون و یسآزمون و پیگیری تفاوت دیده نمیشود و این یافته اخیر نشان داد که ماندگاری اثر آموزشی به قوت خود باقی است. همچنین، تعامل معنیدار بین گروهها و مراحل سهگانه مداخلهی آزمایشی در متغیر کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی وجود ندارد (34/2 = F، 128/0 = P).
یافته دیگر در جدول 5 نشان داد که نسبت F مشاهدهشده درون آزمودنیها در مراحل مداخلهی آزمایشی بر بهبود کیفیت رابطه (33/46 = F) در سطح آماری 001/0 P < معنادار است. این یافته بیانگر این است که بین مراحل سهگانه پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در متغیر کیفیت رابطه تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد. در این رابطه یک تحلیل واریانس جداگانه با اندازهگیریهای تکراری برای گروه برنامه آموزش و مهارتها در سه مرحله مداخله آموزشی صورت گرفت. مقدار F مشاهده شده درون آزمودنیها در سه مرحلهی پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در برنامه آموزش در این متغیر 79/25 درسطح 001/0 > P معنیدار است. برای اینکه دقیقاً معلوم شود که بین کدامیک از مراحل سهگانه مداخلهی آموزشی در شرکتکنندگان گروه برنامه آموزش در متغیر کیفیت رابطه تفاوت وجود دارد، از آزمون مقایسه جفتی بنفرونی استفاده شد. مقایسهها در این گروه مورد مداخله آزمایشی نشان داد که بین مراحل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون (50/42 - = 60/117 – 10/75) و بین مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری (43/29 = 16/88 – 60/117) در سطح 001/0 > P تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد اما بین مراحل پیشآزمون و پیگیری (06/13 - = 16/88 – 10/75) تفاوت دیده نمیشود. دو یافته اوّل نشان میدهند که برنامه آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانه خطرات کمالگرایی باعث ارتقاء و بهبود کیفیت رابطه زوجها در مرحله عقد شده است. همچنین، تعامل معنیدار بین گروهها و مراحل سهگانه مداخلهی برنامه آموزشی در متغیر کیفیت رابطه دیده نمیشود (50/3 = F، 054/0 = P).
بحث و نتیجهگیری
این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی بر کمالگرایی زوجی و کیفیت رابطه زوجین در دوران عقد انجام شد. یافته اوّل پژوهش این را نشان داد که برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی در کاهش کمالگرایی زوجی مؤثر واقع نشده است؛ یعنی تفاوت به اندازهای که بتواند تأثیر مثبتی در جهت کاهش انتظارات و استانداردهای بالا در شرکتکنندگان گروه آزمایش داشته باشد، نیست. نتایج این یافته با پژوهشهای پیشین همسو نیست. این پژوهشها نشان دادهاند که برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی باعث تعدیل انتظارات کمالگرایانه زوجین شده است (7، 35، 36). یک یافته قابلتوجه در شرکتکنندگان گروه آزمایش این بود که نمرات کمالگرایی آنان از مرحله پیشآزمون تا مرحله پیگیری در حدود 27 نمره کاهش داشته است که این خود گویای تأثیر این نوع آموزش در این گروه است و حتّی ماندگاری این نوع آموزش را میتوان مشاهده کرد. با وجود اینکه تفاوتی در متغیر کمالگرایی زوجی با گروه کنترل نداشتند.
این نکته را هم باید خاطر نشان کرد که پژوهشها بین کمالگرایی درونفردی و بینفردی تفاوت قائل شدهاند. در کمالگرایی درونفردی، فرد کمالگرا ارتباط مناسبی با خود ندارد و در کمالگرایی بینفردی ارتباط مناسبی با دیگران ندارد. از سوی دیگر، کمالگرایی در روابط زوجی دو نوع مختلف دارد که عبارتند از کمالگرایی شریکگرا و کمالگرایی تجویزشده از سوی همسر. این دو شکل کمالگرایی محرکها و پاسخهای متفاوتی را از سوی زوجین در پی دارند. بنابراین، باید پیش از آنکه پژوهشهای بیشتری در این خصوص صورت بگیرد، با احتیاط بیشتری این یافته را تبیین کنیم (35).
فردی با کمالگرایی زوجی با شکلدهی به انتظارات افراطی و ارزشیابی انتقادی از دیگری، همسر کمالگرا را در زمینه روابط شخصی با مشکل مواجه میسازد. باید گفت که روابط زوجی مطلوب، مستلزم داشتن درک متقابل، انتظارات واقعبینانه و مهرورزی و صمیمیت است که در کمالگرایی زوجی با انتظارات افراطی، سرزنش دیگری، اقتدارگرایی و سلطهجویی افراد کمالگرا در تعارض قرار میگیرد. این وضعیت تعارضی باعث میشود که یکی از زوجین نتواند در چارچوب یک رابطه بهنجار و مطلوب با زوج کمالگرا ارتباط برقرار کند؛ فرایندی که باعث چرخهی نابهنجار مشکلات ارتباطی زوجین میشود (35). اینگونه میتوان نتیچه گرفت همسرانی که انتظارات کمالگرایانه از همسر خود دارند، در برخورد با درگیریها و تعارضهای زناشویی از تجارب مقابلهای منفی متعارض مانند طعنه، کنایه و عیبجویی استفاده میکنند و در نتیجه کیفیّت زناشویی پایینتری دارند.
نتایج یافته دوم این پژوهش بیانگر این بود که برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی در بهبود کیفیت ارتباطی زوجین عقد کرده مؤثر واقع شده است؛ یعنی کیفیت ارتباطی زوجین مورد مداخله آموزشی افزایش یافته است. پژوهشهایی که در این زمینه انجام شدهاند بیانگر تأیید این یافته هستند (7، 35، 36). از آنجایی که کمالگرایی زوجی به هر دو شریک مربوط میشود، کمالگرایی زوجی میتواند دو اثر داشته باشد: اثرات بازیگر (شاکی) و اثرات شریک. اثرهای بازیگر اثرهایی هستند که در آن متغیر اندازهگیری شده در یکی از اعضای زوج بر متغیر دیگری که در همان عضو زوج اندازهگیری میشود تأثیر دارد؛ یعنی خود بازیگر. در مقابل، اثرات شریک اثراتی هستند که در آن یک متغیر اندازهگیری شده در یکی از اعضای زوج تأثیری بر متغیری دارد که در عضو دیگر زوج اندازهگیری میشود؛ یعنی، شریک. فقط طرحهای زوجی متقابل، یعنی طرحها اندازهگیری هر دو عضو یک زوج، میتواند اثرات بازیگر و شریک را بررسی کند. تاکنون، مطالعات اندکی به بررسی کمالگرایی شریکگرا و تجویز شده و کیفیت رابطه در روابط زوجی که بازیگر و شریک زندگی را بررسی میکند، پرداختهاند (37). در مطالعهای دیگر مشاهده شد که کمالگرایی تجویزشده به لحاظ اجتماعی با مقابله زناشویی غیرانطباقی و سازگاری زناشویی ضعیف برای خود و همسر، حتی بعد از کنترل افسردگی و عصبیت معنی دار است (37).
تاکنون پژوهش داخلی در زمینه اثربخشی تأثیر برنامهی آموزش و مهارتهای پیشگیرانهی خطرات کمالگرایی بر کمالگرایی زوجی و کیفیت رابطه زوجین در دوران عقد انجام نگرفته است که بتوان همسویی و یا ناهمسویی آن را با سایر یافتههاي پژوهشی بررسی کرد، امّا نتایج کیفیت رابطه این پژوهش با سایر پژوهشها مانند آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری (21)، برتامه آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر آگاهی و انتخاب بینفردی ون آپ (21، 22، 23، 24)، برنامه آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر ارتباط (25، 26، 27)، آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر برنامه پیشگیری و بهبود رابطه (38)، برنامه آموزش پیش از ازدواج گاتمن و مداخله پیش از ازدواج مدل سیمبیس (39) و آموزش پیش از ازدواج با تأکید بر برنامه مراقبت زوجین (40) هماهنگ است.
