The research model showed that the physical-mental health model of the elderly has 13 main categories and 40 sub-categories. The Physical-Mental Health Strategy of the Elderly - Based on Psychological indicators includes four basic stages of policy-making, Stakeholder analysis, promotion of the elderly's leisure time, implementation and evaluation.
