Abstract :
The process of nation-state formation in the Persian Gulf is evolving and reasons such as ideological differences, tribal, tribal and ethnic structures have made this process face serious problems. Despite the interest of some governments for political development,.However, by proposing this issue, this article will investigate the formation process of this issue and answer this question. What obstacles have prevented the formation of the nation state, especially in the Persian Gulf region, and what are the basic challenges facing the governments.In response, it seems that the interest-oriented view of governments on issues, internal structure, public culture and finally regional competitions are among the important factors and challenges that existed in this situation. In this regard, the two countries of Qatar and the UAE will be examined to clarify the issue, the main goal of the study is to provide solutions and solutions to the existing challenges in order to provide an effective model for regional governments.The present article is analytical and descriptive with respect to the considered components and it is explained based on the theories of constructivism and realism, which are explained according to the investigations and reforms considered in the two countries under study in many dimensions, especially public welfare and Economic development can be considered as a suitable model for presentation, although the political dimensions and related matters are different.
Thompson acknowledges with the presented components that there are conditions of a region for the Persian Gulf, geographical conditions, participation in the religion of Islam as a factor of legitimacy and even a legislative authority, cultural issues and such things in addition to the presence of raw resources that at times made them the largest exporters of oil and gas in the world; These are the issues and components that have made this geographical area a strategic area.
