Abstract :
Despite the fact that many years have passed since the introduction of Sesame Cultivar, Oltan, in Moghan region and no new cultivar has been introduced so far, this study was conducted to investigate the quantitative and qualitative traits of promising sesame lines in Moghan climate conditions. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted in the form of a randomized complete block design with four replications in 2018. Therefore, the best lines were selected and the best available cultivar, Oltan, was considered as control cultivar. According to the analysis of variance, it was observed that cultivars and lines were statistically significant for flowering time, ripening of 10 capsules, growth period, and number of flowers per axis, plant height and capsule length at the level of 1% probability. The number of capsules and grain yield did not show a significant difference at the level of 5% probability and the traits of stem diameter, 1000-seed weight, height of the first capsule and branch height did not show a statistically significant difference. Based on the correlation analysis, it was observed that the time of ripening of 10 capsules had a positive and significant correlation with the traits of growth period, number of flowers per axis and grain yield; and the trait of 1000-seed weight had a positive and significant correlation with grain yield. By clustering, cultivars and lines were divided into 4 groups, of which the control cultivar, Oltan, was in the first group and the third group with a line number 3 had the highest yield

چکیده
علیرغم این که از معرفی رقم اولتان در منطقه مغان سالها طی شده است نیاز به معرفی ارقام جدید در منطقه بسیار ضروری است. این پژوهش برای بررسی صفات کمی و کیفی لاینهای امیدبخش کنجد در شرایط آب و هوایی مغان صورت گرفت. به این منظور، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار به اجرا در آمد. جهت اجرای آزمایش برترین لاینهای انتخابی از آزمایش مقدماتی عملکرد در سال 1396 در کنار رقم اولتان بهعنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. بر اساس تجزيه همبستگي، مشاهده شد كه صفت زمان رسيدن 10 كپسول با صفات طول دوره رويش، تعداد گل در محور و عملكرد دانه و صفت وزن هزار دانه با عملكرد دانه داراي همبستگي مثبت و معنيدار داشت. با كلاستربندي انجام شده، ارقام و لاينهاي مورد بررسي در چهار گروه قرار گرفت. در گروه اول، ارقام و لاينهاي شماره 14، 11، 8، 12، 9 و 6 با ميانگين عملكرد 1608 كيلوگرم در هكتار قرار گرفتند كه رقم شاهد اولتان نيز در اين گروه و با عملكرد نسبتا خوب قرار دارد. گروه دوم، ارقام و لاينهاي شماره 4، 10، 2، 13، 15، 1 و 5 با ميانگين عملكرد متوسط (1252 كيلوگرم در هكتار)، گروه سوم با يك لاين شماره 3 Sis) × M-19× Haj(3)) با کد اختصاصی G3 با بالاترين عملكرد 2395كيلوگرم در هكتار بوده و در گروه چهارم نيز لاين شماره 7 قرار گرفت كه داراي كمترين مقدار عملكرد (836 كيلوگرم در هكتار) در بين لاينها و ارقام مورد مطالعه بود. لاين شماره 3 با بالاترين صفات عملكرد دانه و روغن دانه در بین لاینهای امیدبخش و رقم اولتان، قابلیت ورود به آزمایشات آنفارم (تحقیقی- ترویجی) در شرایط واقعی زارعین منطقه مغان را داشته و میتواند بهعنوان رقم جدید، معرفی گردد.

Abstract
Despite the fact that many years have passed since the introduction of Oltan cultivar in Moghan region, the need to introduce new cultivars in the region is very urgent. This study was conducted to investigate the quantitative and qualitative traits of promising sesame lines in Moghan climate. For this purpose, an experiment in the form of a randomized complete block design with four replications was performed in 2019. In order to perform the test, the best selected lines from the preliminary performance test in 2018 along with Oltan cultivar were considered as controls. Based on correlation analysis, it was observed that the ripening Time of 10 capsules had a positive and significant correlation with the traits of growth period, number of flowers per axis and grain yield and 1000-grain weight with grain yield. By clustering, cultivars and lines were studied in four groups. In the first group, cultivars and lines No. 14, 11, 8, 12, 9 and 6 with an average yield of 1608 kg per hectare were located. The control cultivar Oltan is also in this group with a relatively good yield. Lines No. 4, 10, 2, 13, 15, 1 and 5 with average yield (1252 kg/ha), the third group with a line No. 3 Sis (-M-19 × Haj (3) with specific code G3 had the highest yield (2395 kg/ha) and in the fourth was line number 7 which had the lowest yield (836 kg/ha) among the studied lines and cultivars. Line number 3 with the highest yield traits Seed and seed oil between promising lines and Oltan cultivar, have the ability to enter on-farm (research-extension) experiments in real conditions of farmers in Moghan region and can be introduced as a new cultivar.
