Abstract :
Education, being a crucial institution, emphasizes the personal and professional growth of teachers, viewing their accountability as a measure of the effectiveness of educational programs. The primary objective of the present study is to explore the evolution of accountability among managers at various levels of the education sector in the nation. The goals of this study are practical, with a methodology that includes statistical content analysis. The study focuses on all 620 education managers nationwide, selected using the Cochran sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were custom-made questionnaires and standardized surveys. Through the use of Smart-PLS 3.0 and SPSS20 software, this study validated the constructs with strong t-statistics and reliable Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results indicate that the educational progress blueprint of the nation stresses the significance of a focus on achievement and purpose-driven actions and highlights organizational culture, commitment, fairness, managerial competence, and social capital as crucial factors in enhancing management and strategic leadership.
