Analyzing the Capacity and Function of Modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Supporting the Monitoring Organizations of the Country's Free Zones (Case Study: Kish, Qeshm and Chabahar)

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the capacity and function of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in supporting the monitoring organizations of the country's free zones. The mixed research method includes qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative part, in the qualitative part of the current research, the statistical population consists of managers and officials of regulatory organizations in free trade zones in the cities of Kish, Qeshm and Chabahar. In the quantitative part, the statistical population includes experts in the field of communication technologies as well as journalists and media activists in the field of economy and security in the cities of Kish, Qeshm and Chabahar. In the qualitative part of the research, the purposeful sampling method has been used and in total, by selecting ten people, the theoretical saturation research has been achieved. Also, in the quantitative part of the research, 388 questionnaires were analyzed. In order to collect samples, targeted sampling methods were used. Quantitative findings indicate that there is a relationship between the use of new information and communication tools on the one hand and the development of economic and social security in special economic free zones and the improvement of the performance of supervisory organizations on the other hand.
