Abstract :

Introduction: Currently, universities as a key factor in the social, economic, cultural and political development of human societies play a vital role in education and human capital. The analysis of the factors affecting the growth and development of human societies, including the advanced and growing ones, shows that It is that the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational system in any country contributes greatly to the comprehensive growth and development of that country. The members of the academic staff as one of the greatest assets of any society and also one of the most important elements of the educational system play a very sensitive and decisive role. It plays a role in the training of expert personnel and the fruit of their efforts ultimately leads to the growth and development of human societies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between predicting the dimensions of resilience on the quality of work life among the academic faculty members of Azad University in Shiraz . Method: The current research is of an applied type that will be carried out using the correlation research method, because it explains the relationship between the variables and the prediction of the variables. The statistical community studied in this research is 360 members of the academic staff of the Shiraz branch of the Azad University. The selected sample among this community is 186 people based on Morgan's table. Findings: The results of the research indicate that the dimensions of flexibility and moral intelligence can have an impact on the quality of work life of academic staff members in the Shiraz unit. Conclusion: Resilience dimensions and moral intelligence are one of the factors that affect the quality of working life of Azad University faculty members
