Abstract :

Survival and continuity of activities and organizations and institutions depend on how employees work. The role of the workforce in all major areas of activity is recognized, therefore, the most important component in the process of work and activity of human beings that make decisions and then implement them and based on them the continuity and future activities ahead Nose Empirical evidence suggests that, when staff performance is low, many problems arise in organizations and departments. Therefore, in the field of business, opportunities are sometimes provided so that a person can express his or her job priorities without changing his / her career paths. The purpose of this research , The relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment with high performance among employees of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch. The components of empowerment in terms of spritzzer have qualitative dimensions, competence, meaningfulness, organizational commitment components are also emotional, continuous, and task oriented. The data collection method was correlation type. The statistical sample including the total number of employees of the Islamic Azad University of Roudhan Branch was 425. A questionnaire was distributed among 200 of them. A sample of this kind was obtained. The research tool was a questionnaire of the Spectator Empowerment Questionnaire, Alan Meier Organizational Commitment Questionnaire, and Demetrius's High Performance Questionnaire. The results of the linear regression method showed a direct and positive relationship There is a significant relationship between empowerment and its components with performance, as well as the direct and positive relationship between organizational commitment and its components with high performance. Also, the findings of this study indicate that the most effective relationship components with high performance as well as organizational commitment components are the highest High performance have .
