Abstract :
The sustainability and success of today's organizations depend on alignment with changes, development and growth in the organization. Organizational growth is the inevitable consequence of continuous environmental changes in today's era, which can cause organizational growth and development. The main goal of this research is to identify the dimensions and components of the growth of employees of the Ministry of Labor Welfare and Social Affairs. The research method is practical from the point of view of the goal and based on the collection of information, it is a qualitative approach.Using the purposeful and snowball sampling method, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 senior managers and experts, experts of the Ministry of Labor Welfare and Social Affairs of Tehran, and the data were collected using open, central and selective coding through Max Kyuda 2020 software was analyzed. The results showed that the growth of employees in the Ministry of Labor Welfare and Social Affairs includes five dimensions of process growth, professional growth, individual growth, organizational growth and moral growth.
