Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of professional ethics on the performance and job motivation of teachers with the mediating role of religiosity in work. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study was all education teachers in Hamedan province, whose number is over 3700 people. In this study, multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select statistical samples. 302 people were selected as a sample based on Morgan table. Data collection tools were four standard questionnaires of Glock and Stark (1965), Armito et al.'s (2011) professional ethics, Hershey and Goldsmith (2008) and Hackman and Oldham (1980) motivation questionnaire. After collecting the questionnaires using Spss-21 software and statistical inference of the data was done through structural equation modeling and SmartPLS software. Finally, the findings of the study confirmed the effect of professional ethics and its dimensions on the performance and job motivation of teachers with the mediating role of religiosity in work in the study community.
