Abstract :
The present study examines the effect of spiritual and social capital on the organizational culture of employees at Damavand Islamic Azad University. The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population consists of 175 employees of all Islamic Azad University of Damavand Branch. According to the Morgan table, 118 individuals were selected as samples. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. In order to measure spiritual capital, Zohhar (2005) questionnaire (19 questions) was used to assess organizational culture from the Denison (1985) questionnaire (60 questions). To measure social capital, the questionnaire was used by Kukhan and Prosak (2001). ) Was used with 23 questions. Cronbach's Alpha for the spiritual capital questionnaire was 0.75, social capital was 0.79 and for organizational culture it was 0.78, which indicates the appropriate reliability of the research tool. The test used in this research is a single sample t test. Also, to investigate the effect of spiritual and social capital on organizational culture, SmartPLS software has been used. The results of the research showed that from the viewpoint of employees of Islamic Azad University Damavand, the status of existing organizational culture and all its dimensions was favorable. The spiritual capital (except components; the dimensions of the central perspective and value-centeredness, bloodshed and charisma) and for social capital (except the component; the norms of partnership and cooperation) are in a desirable situation. Also, the effect of social capital and their components on organizational culture in Islamic Azad University was significant at 95% confidence level.
