Investigating the Effective Factors in Phobia of Corona among the Families of Patients: the Fourth Peak of Outbreak

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate the effective factors in coronary artery disease in the families of patients in the fourth peak of prevalence. The statistical population included students of the Islamic Azad University in the electronic unit in the second semester of the academic year 2020-21. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Data collection in March 2021 and data analysis approach was based on Grounded theory (Strauss and Corbin method (1990)). After the interview was completed and saturation was reached, data were collected from 39 participants. Findings showed that factors such as psychological factors, economic, social and psychological factors in the family of patients, affect the fear of coronation. Among the mentioned factors, psychological factors had the first priority (61.14%), social factors had the second priority (29.38%) and economic factors had the third priority (7.11%). In psychological factors, "people's lack of wealth", in social factors, "avoidance of people who sneeze" and in economic factors, the component of "continuous inspection and disinfection of household items" have been the most effective components. Generally; Four important risk factors for coronavirus infection in the family of those infected with the virus are known in the fourth peak, among which it is recommended to pay special attention to psychological factors in these people. Therefore, providing desirable counseling by counselors and mental health professionals in the country can bring good results because addressing the psychological effects is one of the basic components of disaster management of infectious diseases and should be through a wide range of disaster management, including preparedness, relief, Perform reaction and retrieval.
