Abstract :

Abstract In the present study, based on survey and by implementing self-made questionnaire The relationship between social Hmayt‌Hay a tendency to recidivism among released from prison were discussed. The results of SPSS, using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression tests show Hmayt Hay between the family system, social networks and support organizations with a tendency to repeat the crime, there is a significant relationship  So that, we can strengthen social ties and social support through support organizations, Communities, social networks, families and interpersonal relationships offered reduced environment causing offense And thus committing the criminal offense for individuals' tendency to prevent recidivism.
